Came here last time great! Brought my employee here and they charged her 15$ TO PUT AIR IN ONE TIRE!! ASKED THEM TO CHECK THE OTHER TIRE FOR HER THEY SAID IT WAS FINE AND “HIS WORKER CHECKED” got back home checked for her it was at 35 supposed to be at 50 !! BUT I GUESS I NEED TO PAY ANOTHER 15$ to put air on the other tire😂😂😂 SMH!!! THATS RIDICULOUS IM NOT PAYING 30$ for air on two tires !! ATLEAST HAVE THE COURTESY TO MAKE SURE ALL MY TIRES HAVE AIR FOR 15$ ( I only brought her here because I had a good experience once but never coming back its ridiculous )

I had two tires that were worn down internally and the team here suggested replacing both tires. Good call as the tires were filled with ground rubber and the technician showed me the visible radius belt indicating it's unsafeness. They ordered two tires and replaced both within 1 day. Had a flat tire on the 1st bad rainy day in Oakalnd. Google used tires. This was probably one of the last tire places still open after 5pm. I got there. They looked at my tire, and they were able to plug the whole. I was back on the road in no time. They charge me just 25 bucks, I tip him 5 bucks for the prompt service. My 1st time visiting myself, I asked someone there before me how were they, he gave his approval also. So I would definitely recommend and use this establishment again.

Towed car in without an appointment. They checked car out and kept us updated with needed repairs. The car needed more than expected and my daughter was upset. Despite our distress, Kevin and I think Raj remained professional and courteous. Kept the car in a safe place until repairs were completed. Explained what was done and we were done. Less than an hour later, they called because I left my credit card there! Honest, hard working men and the car is running smooth...sweet! Thank you again! Motivating music playing there too :-)

The guy changed my tires without mentioning that my rim was bent. Once I got on the freeway my sterling wheel started shaking, I go back to the shop and he tells that he knew but never mentioned because he was busy. I would suggest being careful coming here they really didn’t give solution just more problems and I paid 400$.

Star Tire & Auto Repair Shop saved the day! I was in a real bind on my way to a concert in Berkeley when my tire popped on 580. I searched for the nearest tire shop and found Star Tire. They literally had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes! Mike was incredibly helpful – super fast, smooth, and convenient work. The price for the used tire was perfect, especially since they could have easily overcharged me given my situation. I truly appreciate their honesty and quick service. They were God-sent for real!
