Came in with an oil leak and they suggested replacing valve cover gasket as well as the timing gear gasket. I said we should do whatever it takes to stop the leak. They charged me for about 6hrs of labor, which is a bit excessive but I agreed to it. Mechanic did not clean up any previously leaked oil so there was no way to tell if leaking has stopped or it hasn’t. In addition, interior was left muddy after job was done. I saw new drops of oil below the truck but did not rule out a possibility of something else causing it. However, when changing the oil next time at a different place, the mechanic told me my gear cover gasket is leaking so I emailed these guys right away but no response. Money wasted, problem is still very much in place.

Disappointing and overpriced service. I brought my semi in for a routine oil change and full chassis grease job, expecting professional work since this place advertises truck services. The bill came out way too high — nearly double what I've paid at other shops for the same thing, and that's without any extras. Worse, when I checked the truck afterward, I noticed they completely skipped greasing the rear fittings (zerks). Several on the rear axle and drive shaft were bone dry with no fresh grease at all. That's basic stuff — how do you charge premium prices and not even complete the grease properly? It could lead to premature wear and bigger problems down the road. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend this place to other drivers. Save your money and go somewhere that actually does the job right.

Misdiagnosed the problem. Performed a standard compression test and cited need for a new engine. Quoted it at $6k and then raised it to almost 9k. I pulled the vehicle from them prior to the repair. Another shop looked up the most common issue with that engine year and found, "DOD (Displacement on Demand) lifters are specialized hydraulic lifters in GM engines with Active Fuel Management (AFM), designed to collapse and deactivate cylinders for better fuel economy, but are notorious for failing." They replaced the faulty lifters and I was out the door for $1550.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!!!! I want to share my experience with this shop so others don’t become victims like we did. About one month ago, we called this shop and asked for a quote to leave our truck and trailer at their location. They told us the price would be $500, and we agreed to this amount !!! When we went to pick up the truck, they suddenly presented us with a bill of $3,000 and for the trailer the amount of $2,500. When we asked why the price was so different from the original $500 quote, their answer was shocking, they started to scream at us why are we complaining and they told us: "WE TAKE ADVANCE BECAUSE THE INSURANCE WILL PAY" . Our insurance company was involved and the shop was fully aware of this. An insurance appraiser even came to their location to inspect the truck and trailer.In total, they billed $5,500 ($3,000 for the truck and $2,500 for the trailer) simply for parking them at their location. This is unbelievable. Going from $500 to $5,500 is not a small adjustment, it’s a robbery. Yes, we understand that an estimate can change, but increasing the price by $5,000 is completely unacceptable.When we tried to talk to them and resolve the issue, nobody wanted to help. They completely refused to work with us or explain the charges in a reasonable way. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHO PAYS THE SHOP MUST KEEP THEIR WORD AND PROVIDE AN INVOICE THAT IS CLOSE TO THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. This was a dishonest and unethical experience. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BECOME THEIR NEXT VICTIM.

I read some reviews here, and I want to share my experience. I went to their shop yesterday for the first time. I had an ABS issue on my truck. Before coming here, I was at Love's, and they charged $160 and did not fix the ABS. They told me to go to the dealership. Right now, dealerships are charging $260 an hour, 2 hour minimum. Based on the reviews, some people are upset that they find other problems and wind up with a bigger bill. Listen, they take their time and attention to make sure your truck is legal. I was worried because I only had a $1,000 budget to fix my truck. They found my brake shoe was worn to the metal on both sides of one axle and warped the drums. I needed new drums and shoes. I thought I could not afford it. But they fixed everything the same day. ABS LIGHT IS GONE! The price was affordable, and they have the knowledge to do it. I want to come back, I am so grateful for their service!
