★★★★★ I was on a trip from MA to TN when my car started overheating in SC, I went to one shop and they checked it out but weren't able to get a new O ring for my thermostat housing and used silicone to try and help seal it (bad idea) 10 minutes down the road and it started to overheat again. It was about 4pm by the time I got to Steele and everything was super stressful up until this point. I basically showed up fighting back tears from the stress. (If they couldnt help I was basically stranded) Donna was so understanding and it felt like I was actually in a shop that cared about people rather than trying to make a quick buck off someone out of state. Donna and JT ended up staying an hour and a half after close helping get me back on the road. Thank God for wonderful people like them or I'd probably still be stuck in SC. ♡
