Steelrain did an excellent job on my 2023 Lincoln Aviator. I had taken my lab to the vet that morning and she had an accident in the back of my car. I was ugly crying because I just bought it in October and I was afraid I’d never get the smell out. I called Steelrain at around noon to see if they would be able to help with getting the urine smell out. They were able to get me in at 2, and had it smell free and ready to go by 5 that same day. The staff was very welcoming and family friendly. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them for more detailing in the future.

I am a big fan of their work. I had some hell damage on both of my vehicles got them in and out in less than a week and a half. I also got both of them detailed for free did not expect that but it was an awesome touch. I would recommend them for not only hell damage repair but for amazing detailing.

I am an All Star Host on TURO and I had my Cadillac stolen by a renter, and when it was recovered, the inside of the car was TRASHED!! Love this place. I took my Dad's car in for an estimate on hail damage. The facility is clean and comfortable and the people are warm, friendly and professional. I was able to book an appointment online for an appointment the next day. When I arrived they greet me, took my info on a tablet and got to work. Quick, efficient and courteous. Let messages for the owner and he never called back. 1-29-26 got a call back they said to remind me the insurance did not pay them for everything. What does that have to do with me and things missing from the truck
