Customer service was great. The only problem I had was being charged $600 to charge my hybrid battery. I had my battery charged at the Toyota dealership in Erie, PA and they only charged me $150.

We had such a great experience right from the beginning! Frank Mariani, our salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I drove 5 hours from LI to buy a Tundra and we had such a great experience that if we were to buy Toyota again we would make the drive to see Frank again as he made everything seemless. Very content with my purchase. Very relaxed setting and environment. In general, when people go to purchase a vehicle, new or used, their is a sales pitch & pressure to buy. Not so here, which is quite refreshing. I would most certainly recommend anybody here, over any competitors.

My family and I have been Steet Toyota customers for years. We literally have a driveway full of their vehicles. There is NO other dealership we would go to. My lease was up and they had us in a brand new 2024 4Runner in less than 24 hours, and the price was better than originally expected. Huge shout out to Matt Darling, Frankie Gee, Brian Mathias and Chris! All around a bunch of great guys who were more than accommodating! Hands down the best place to shop for a vehicle.

I hate car shopping. That said, Steet Toyota was the easiest, most pleasant experience ever! Matt made the entire process seamless. There was no pressure and he even arranged to get a lot of the process completed by phone and email when an unexpected storm forced me to cancel our first appointment. Picking up the car was an under 30 minute process and he patiently explained all of the 'bells and whistles' including getting my phone synced. The finance folks were great as well. Highly recommend Steet if you are looking for a personalized car buying experience.

After initially going to another dealership in Albany where things did not workout in my favor I decided to see what Steet Toyota had to offer. Devin helped me with the purchase and was very knowledgeable. Everything went far smoother in my transaction then the other dealership I had originally gone to and thankful for the quick turnaround! If I had one negative that I would put, it would be that I think it might be more helpful on their end if they had some kind of receptionist near the doorways when coming in. I just felt that when first walking in that I had no idea where I was supposed to go. Other then that.. great place and would definitely do business again!
