Had a great experience getting my car serviced here. I had quite a few things I needed to get done, and they were able to get everything completed and my car is running much better already. One of the recalls I brought the car in for was going to take multiple hours. So they offered me a free rental for the day. The final price ended up being a little less than the original quote, which made me pretty happy. My car runs like it is brand new again. Thank you so much!

Got tires done about a month and a half ago, car pulls to the left ever since…. Bring it back to service and they tell me they never did an alignment when putting on 4 new tires because I never asked for it to be done?!?! Aren’t you supposed to suggest that as a service advisor Justin? Why are you letting people ruin their tires and then when they mention it, you make it seem like it’s their fault? Terrible service manager practices, could have been handled differently in my opinion. What reputable shop puts tires on and doesn’t do an alignment or even suggest it??? It was even on the quote you gave me and you still didn’t do it. If you’re looking at bringing your vehicle here for tires, please RECONSIDER and give your money to a local business instead, who will take the time to go above and beyond. They don’t care here. Don’t play with people’s investments.

My mom recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty in March the car had several issues; exhaust/header leak, radio did not work, bad alternator, horn was not working just to name a few. Took the car back 3 times after the purchase and they only fixed a few issues within the "30 day purchase warranty". The sold my mom lemon and they refuse to fix the issues with the vehicle within the 30 day warranty. BEWARE Carbone Nissan has clunker cars in their inventory!!!
