Sebastian is the best. He’s my go to car repair and service rep, but I’ve also worked with others and they were great too. They shoot straight with price and parts. The mechanics will take you out back and show you/explain if you have any questions. You’ll pay more than at Mavis because it’s a dealer if it’s a big job, but there are some things that NEED to be done by a dealer, and for the little stuff that can be done elsewhere like brakes and oil, their prices are competitive, they get you in quick, and even for major jobs, they’ll put you in a loaner if there’s one available and it’s going to be more than a couple hours. The waiting room is nice with free coffee and water. I’ve been impressed every time I’ve been in.

One of my best experience at a car dealership. I called them to see if they can beat the price I got from other dealer and they did it right away. Jasmin, my sales rep was really helpful in getting my new car. Was constantly updating me through text and phone calls about the process. Everything was done over the phone.
