It’s always a bad day when you get a flat tire. For me, I was on my way to dinner with friends who were waiting for us at a table. It was pouring rain! I called Elite, and within minutes, I got a call from the driver who said he was 10 minutes away. He arrived in 5! He was kind and friendly and calmly took care of my car to get it to Tallman’s. (Through AAA I once waited HOURS for a tow. Never again!) I would absolutely call Elite!

Tow driver didn't even try to move over while I was walking down the street. Sprayed my pants and jacket with water, snow, mud, salt and ice when it feels like it's 9° outside. I had to walk the rest of the way to work in wet pants because I guess it's funny to be horrible to others. These are the people that represent your business, do better, not for me because I will NEVER call you but for the rest of society

Than you so much to the drivers they work for the company and the owner! I waited three hours for triple A before calling them and was out within a half and hour! The man driving the tow truck offered me a chocolate bar due to my type one diabetes. Which is beyond kind and appreciated! They offered a fair price and gave wonderful service. My car was dead.. I called these guys and within 20 to 30 minutes a flat bed was here. The tow truck guy was friendly and professional. Easy payment with the credit card right in the driveway. I think the price was reasonable. Honestly if you depend on your vehicle for work or any other thing.. Getting it to the repair shop as quickly as possible is key. Highly recommended.
