They did a great job. Highly recommend Tallmans Yorkville for service. Only gripe was their scheduling accuracy. I called a week and a half out to book brake service. I then called about 3 days prior to the brake service to add an oil change. They said they did not see my brake service on the books, but would add it and the OC for the day I said they had me originally scheduled for. Then when I dropped off the car, they did not show the OC added, but said they would add it. Confidence in their scheduling is low.★★★★☆ 4 weeks ago

5 am on Monday, the day before Christmas Eve, I learned I needed rear brakes and rotors badly. Like anyone wants that news a couple days before Christmas right? My stepfather suggested going to tallmans and I went straight to the yorkville location and was there when they opened at 730 and was cheerfully greeted by Christian. I was in a tizzy because I didn’t know what I was gonna do. He said they would get it on the lift at 8 o’clock when the guys got there and assess the situation.. then the bad news came and I needed 550.00 for the repairs … ughhh I quickly explained my situation. I need a ride up to my parents house for cash and Christian was kind enough to drive me the couple miles home to get money. Everyone was so professional and kept me calm because I was truly concerned that they would point out ‘other’ issues my subee had, but they didn’t. They fixed my brakes, and got me in and out under 2 hours. I am thankful for them having the time in their already super busy day to fit me in and I’m also thankful they didn’t take advantage of my being a female as other places I’ve been to in the past where I get nickel and dimed to death. They addressed the problem and got me in my way. My step father has used tallmans tire for decades and I can see why he stays loyal to the company and location. The only thing I wish they had in the waiting area was hot chocolate or something non-coffee to offer for a beverage while I was waiting★★★★★ a month ago

Had (2) new tires installed on our motorhome. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and all 3 guys were very helpful. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the valve stems on the motorhome as new were much longer and the valve stem caps were chrome and very easy to access. I decided to check the tire pressure this morning and had to use needle nose pliers to get the black plastic stem caps off!★★★★☆ 3 months ago
