I’ll tell you guys Monopoli’s the place to take your vehicle if your a single parent trying to make ends meet. So I was picking up my youngest from school when my car started “putt.putting” and being all hesitant. So I was near by the shop i usually would take it to for any problems my 2012 Honda Crosstour would have. It ended up being the alternator and they wanted a lot of money for it. Including a diagnostic fee and all that. I just didn’t have it and honestly I thought it was too pricey. So I shopped around and read the reviews for Monopoli’s. Spoke to Mike like you guys recommended and he was so professional and understanding. Told me to bring the car in that day. Got it towed there and they fixed it ( it was the alternator) by the next day and charged me half the price. If i tell you honest mechanics still exist… I’m talking about these guys right here. They made me a long life customer for any vehicle I own. 💯 Thanks for reading

Mike is a great guy and did a wonderful service, he was very busy but managed to find a spot during the day for my wife to take our car to get the oil change and get checked up before a long trip to CA, oil change was $45 and to get the car checked up to see if everything was okay was $25, at the end he was honest and said that we needed to get new rear tires before the trip and we also had to change the air filter but he said that he unfortunately didn’t had time to do that which was completely understandable since we didn’t called in advance to get that done.
