I came in on Saturday already knowing that I was credit challenged but didn't expect to test drive a 2004 Acura TL that the mechanics hadn't even looked at or inspected before it was presented to me for a test drive. I was told that if I don't like the car there wouldn't be much other options. I was then presented with a 2011 Toyota RAV4 that was a bit more decent but still had its own issues. I may be in need of a car but I'm not just settling for anything just so a saleswoman and finance guy can make a commission.

I want to share the experience we had yesterday at Sterling McCall Acura Sugarland location. My husband made an online appointment to do service to his Acura MDX, he also made a reservation for a loner at the time of drop off, all done online. We were met with B.H. (advisor's name), as soon as we told him we are here to drop off for service and to get loner, he said " we do not have loner", and further stated "we have no communication with what is online and what in store available", "you should have called in store to find out before-hand." He made no effort to rectify this miscommunication, he simply just stood there telling us repeatedly "we have no loner". I did not even hear a "sorry" for this miscommunication from his mouth. Mind you, we were there with our 20month old baby standing in the cold. We had a tight schedule for this week, hence we scheduled the maintenance drop off with a loner (there was no mention of call the store to confirm loner).. My poor husband he woke up this morning at 430am, took off 1/2day from his work, took his car again this morning at 6am, he said they did not even touch his car until almost 8am. When B.H saw him this morning, my husband mentioned what he/dealership did was unprofessional yesterday, he LIED and said he would have offered us UBER service, but HE OVERHEARD US talking about "running errands" and assumed we didn't need UBER. Hence that service was not offered to us. What I and husband said was he had things in the car that needs to be unloaded to another vehicle. Nothing about "running errands." How can this well established "luxury" vehicle dealership, has the audacity to make a decision based on a conversation that never happened between I or my spouse in the store, without talking or asking us about it? We are very unhappy because we had things planned and scheduled all this week including this morning which was canceled and/or delayed because of B.H and your dealership's negligence. We were thinking about purchasing another Acura, after this incident, we clearly will not be purchasing another Acura.

Made an appointment to have state inspection done. Got there 10 mins before my appointment time and was told I have to wait for 2.5 hours to have it ready. Asked them what's the point of the appointment of I am treated like a walk-in and the rep told me on a busy day it really doesn't matter if there's an appointment or not. The service center could've contact me 30 mins before my appointment about the usual long wait time then I have the option to make a choice whether or not to keep the appointment or reschedule. Apparently, they don't really care about their customer as much as they say it. Avoid this dealership if you precious your time.

I can’t say enough about the Service Advisor, Andy Garcia. I have been to this location several times for service to my vehicle, with today 5/13/21, being the most recent. On every visit Andy has shown the upmost professionalism in how he deals with his customers. Always pleasant, always helpful, always smiling and the most important has always been honest. I would highly recommend any one needing a real stand up Service Advisor who truly understands what customer service mean to go and see Andy Garcia. Thank you for being in the service industry.

Very unsatisfied. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation because they advertised the service as "accelerated oil change." When I called to schedule an appointment and asked how long it would take, the woman on the phone said it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Well, I was there for 2 hours! 2 hours wasted on a Saturday. "Accelerated," yeah right. I hate to think how long the "non-accelerated" service takes. Next time, I'll go to Take 5. It would be more expensive, but hey, time is money.

If I could give negative star rating I would definitely give. If you want to be humiliated and run after the dealership for ur service and warranty then only go to this dealership. Stay away from this dealership, I bought $70,000 and the service is poor. Specially stayaway from April Jackson, not a good Sales Rep to deal with. She is very very rude and hangup the phone and then block number. I will be returning my car to them, I will never ever go to this dealership and will not even buy any Acura Cars.

I live 5 minutes away from this dealership. I’ve been going to the other one but figured I’d give this one a shot. I’m never going back. They refused their oil change special because my car wasn’t at 15% oil life. While they didn’t do any service I’m receiving texts for their ridiculous buy back program to get my car appraised. What a joke of a dealership.

Well, ACURA can't even put on a front license plate correct, basically was “ carefully “ slapped on with the extra pieces left over🙄 , and i was told by them to comeback and they'll fix it.... WHY they think I showed up in the 1st place LoL....I Said screw that ill just waited for a buddy to get back in town to do it right,.... man oL BuDDy was as disappointed as I was when he asked " ACURA " did this...BuDDy said that's " sad" , it’s sloppy and incomplete.…idunno I would think ACURA would know how to atleast put on a license plate correctly, lol .

There are not enough kind words that I can say about Service Advisor, Margo B. I have been a customer at this dealership for almost 2 years now, and her level of service is excellent. Her professionalism is always outstanding. She is personable and goes out of her way for you to understand not only your vehicle's needs for repair if necessary, but also discusses your future maintenance checkpoints. That, to me, is important. I want to work with a Service Advisor who not only has an interest in my safety, but cares for other drivers on the road that I might encounter. She greets you with a smile, and that same attitude continues throughout its appointment, and on until its ending. I have and will continue to recommend her to others for their Acura service needs.

I called ahead and was told that the part I needed was there. It was not. The employee insisted that the part he had was correct, even arguing with me and getting upset when I told him to just refund my card. I found the part at Gillman Honda. It was a terrible waste of time, with awful customer service.

When this dealership insists that you have to finance through them because they made you a good deal, do not just walk away from it, run fast!!! I never buy a depreciating asset with a loan and was ready to pay cash for it when they insisted that I had to finance through them or they would not honor the deal.

I came to Sugar Land Acura Service Center for oil check and other checkups. A service consultant Sarp Gurer closely worked with me to get all things setup and scheduled. The work was completed on time, and everything looks great to me. Sarp also explained two recalls for my MDX and resolved one recall during my visit and ordered a part for the second one recall. Sarp knew the details of my car, understood my needs, and cared about my car as much as I do.
