Had a great experience with Andrew Perez. Great customer service and very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and most of all, he and the business are honest. Brought my car for a 30K service and was not charged what was originally quoted as certain things (fluids) didn't need to be replaced. My driver side mirror wasn't operating properly and was also repaired for a fraction of the cost versus buying a brand new part from Lexus and having that painted. Hard to find honest businesses nowadays!

I happened to get a flat tire near here and when i went to put on my spare, I realized my jack was too short. I walked over to see if I could borrow something to raise my jack off the ground and i met the owner who was very friendly and more than willing to help. He let me borrow a block of wood so i could put my spare on. Its hard to find good honest people that are willing to go out of their way to help. Especially without trying to make a buck. Because of this, i will be bringing in my vehicle for its next service here.

Recommended by a family member. They had no issue with working with parts I brought. They noticed a larger issue while doing the work and provided a reasonable quote. They also worked with me to get the brakes down which I had planned on getting done later. After picking up the car I heard a grinding noise. They sent a town truck and the issue was not with the work they had done but something that happened on the way home. They covered the fix and tow despite my offer to pay.
