I had a terrible experience at this shop. I was overcharged on the parts I got. I waited 15 minutes before someone came to help me. They just grabbed the parts and rung me for checkout, no explanation given like they just wanted to drive me out of the store asap. Never again.

Horrible service. I came in for something simple fixing a headlight and replacing spark plugs and it turned into a complete waste of time. The staff was unprofessional, barely explained anything, and made the process way more complicated than it needed to be. On top of that, they overcharged for basic work that shouldn’t have cost nearly as much as it did. I was treated like my time didn’t matter, and the service quality did not match what they charge. If they can’t handle basic repairs properly, I wouldn’t trust them with anything bigger. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Stay away from SBM Automotive because this place is a total scam. I had a terrible experience here and feel completely cheated out of my money. The owner, Sunil, is a con man who is extremely disrespectful to his customers. He gave me the runaround regarding my car and charged me for work that was either never done or done poorly. When I tried to talk to him about the issues, he was incredibly rude and unprofessional instead of trying to help. It is clear that he only cares about taking your money and has no respect for the people who walk through his door. Do yourself a favor and run from this place. Take your vehicle to an honest mechanic who actually knows how to treat people, because Sunil and SBM Automotive are not to be trusted.
