Super shady business practice. Came in when I saw the big sign for "$19.99 Oil Change." Not only do they charge a $5 shop fee (slightly annoying) but when I sat down, they asked me , " So you just want conventional Penzoi?" Yes. I told them just the conventional oil. To my surprise, when my bill came out, it was a $45 oil change. Turns out their "conventional" oil was twice as expensive and at NO TIME did they tell me the difference in price. Their other mechanic just said "oh he should have told you." Incredibly deceptive and shady business. Will not be coming back. I urge others to avoid.

A no-frills auto shop with some shortcomings in customer service skills. But I still come here for quick state inspections. Just pull up to the back of the shop and someone should guide you into one of their service bays. Tell them you need a state inspection, and, if an inspector's available, leave your proof of insurance and car key on top of your dashboard. Wait in the waiting room till the inspector comes back with the inspection report. If all is good, pay $25.50 and sign the work order. Your car should be right outside, since their inspection machine is up against the wall of the waiting room.

i am very particular about my vehicles and I don't trust a lot of people to working on them , i have had a decent encounters at the dealerships , but sometimes the prices are way to high . I got recommendation from a friend to try out 10 Minute Oil Change and i must say that I am very happy that i did ... The Employees are very generous and knowledgeable about my vehicle ... from and simple oil change to a brake job .. it's a must that you give James and the crew a chance to work on your vehicle .. they even had the Tony Chachere man working on my vehicle ...lol !..

Fast and friendly service by knowledgeable personnel. They do mostly oil changes but they have a certified mechanic who does great work on a number of maintenance items or helps with advice on how to keep your car or truck running well... If you need something major done like steering alignments or suspensions or muffler/converter/exhaust, they will refer to you to good trusted shops who get the work done right at a reasonable cost. Ask for Jose or Sean. If you drive cross country - you want to have all the standard items checked to avoid trouble when you are hundreds of miles away from home.

I went in for an inspection and got front brakes changed, radiator flushed, fuel injection flushed and my battery terminal cleaned for less than half the price the dealership was going to charge me. They were super nice and fast. A little on the unprofessional side some might say but I’m not going in to get a spa treatment. What some people expect from car mechanics is unreal. These guys are the real deal. I felt so appreciative that I wanted to come back and bring them cupcakes but they were already closed. They stayed late for me and I didn’t even realize it. We are expecting a hurricane tomorrow too! Most places closed early and here they are staying for me and not saying a word. I will definitely be returning to this place for anything I need.

I’m in Australia and can see someone has accessed my card and paid this company $184.73 on 27/11 at 11.17pm Sydney/Melbourne time, clearly not me, the transaction has been disputed, and I will hopefully have my money returned, you may want to check who paid you with a fraudulent card and report them.

This place was great! I came here because I needed inspection. They showed me my filters which were shockingly awful, and gave me a good price on replacing them, so I got those done. They did not try to get me to buy any wipers, which was a nice change from my usual inspection place. I also thought I was in need of brakes because of some grinding sounds. They could have VERY easily gotten me to spend money on some new brakes, but they insisted I was not in need and explained that what I was hearing was just because the car is not driven often enough (about once every 3 months). They spent time answering my questions and I found them to be pleasant to deal with.

I’m also in Australia, and also had my card fraudulently used at this location, at 26/9 at 5:35am Sydney/Melbourne time, for $23.19AUD ($15USD). I have disputed this transaction with my bank, but clearly there is a pattern of fraud occurring at this location.

I visited this location today. I was welcomed with a warm, inviting smile from Derick. Very friendly, but maintain a professional demeanor and presents. He reminded me that I was a returning customer and informed me of the type of oil my vehicle required. He had also noticed the tires being a little low and serviced them without being asked. Again I like to thank Him and his staff for the outstanding and caring service they provided me today.

This is the only way I can contact these guys, I’m Australian and they have taken $199.89 from my Australian bank account today. I have never once been to America. A dispute has been placed for this through my bank to return my money.

I had two amazing experiences at 10 Minute Oil Change, and I can't recommend this place enough! The first time, I was impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the team. They thoroughly explained what was wrong with my brakes, even showing me exactly what the issue was. On top of that, their prices were significantly lower than at least three other places I contacted—such a great deal! After getting my brakes fixed, I noticed my car was acting weird, making strange movements. I brought it back in, and the team was incredibly patient, explaining that it was actually an issue with the new tires I had just gotten. They went above and beyond by evaluating my car free of charge and even sent me pictures along with advice on what to tell the tire place. The level of service, responsibility, and care here is unmatched. Excellent prices, great people, and exceptional customer service! Highly recommend—thank you, 10 Minute Oil Change!

Whoever bought this place won’t maintain the car wash behind it nor pickup piles of litter and overflowing garbage and customers trash. Since the trash cans are always full and overflowing the customers throw their garbage on the ground and to the sides in the bushes. Disgusting and dirty. Gang graffiti spray painted in the stalls overflowing garbage that is never emptied. City made him prune the trees so fire trucks could pass. The neighbors won’t use this place.

I am an Australian and have been charged near $150 by this company, and while I was in the states a few weeks ago, I was no where near this company. I also did not use my bank card while over there (where the money was STOLEN from). Whoever is using this business/works there to steal money from people outside of the US, shame on you. My bank has been notified and a dispute to get me my money back is pending.
