“15-minute instant oil change” is a joke. I arrived at 12:20 PM, didn’t get serviced until about 1:20, and didn’t leave until close to 1:45 PM. That’s over an hour wasted for something that’s supposed to be quick. There was a training employee, and to be clear he was very nice and doing his best. This is NOT on him. What is ridiculous is that he was left alone to do everything while the other bays had at least 2 employees working together. That’s poor management, plain and simple. If you know a trainee is going to slow things down, either offer proper support or tell customers upfront that they’ll be waiting over an hour. Don’t sell “instant” service when it clearly isn’t. Completely inefficient and extremely frustrating.

The staff did not preform a majority of the maintenance checks they claim that did on the receipt. My 2016 Honda Odyssey does not have a sealed transmission. I informed the employee that it is both sealed. In fact I had the transmission flushed at another Valvoline in Florida last year. My tire pressure and brake fluid were not checked. The oil service light was not reset or asked about. I did not see them run a voltage check. They forgot to give me a printed receipt, I had to ask again. The staff seemed more immersed in talking about the video games they recently bought instead of talking to the customers in the bay. I've had much better service at other Valvoline locations. Probably not going to this location again.

They definitely have some newer people or just don't care too much. Tried to sell me a differential service, my car doesn't have that. I asked for 5w20 the sticker said 0w20. My car takes both I wanted 5w. He questioned me 3 times. They overfilled the oil, which I mentioned. No receipt, no tire pressure check, no oil light reset. I've normally gone out of my way to come here but idk now.

Mike and crew work very efficiently and are great but unfortunately I can’t provide full stars , and for for some odd reason they forgot to add air in my tires after I asked a few times about it , even after joking about the possibility of the air being a cost item.. I’d love to get them 5 stars but because they missed putting the air, knowing that weather temps are dropping was missed during the so called being part of the 18 point inspection?

I have taken my vehicle to this Valvoline location exclusively for oil changes for several years. After my most recent oil change, my vehicle developed a major oil leak that required towing. The car had no oil leaks prior to this service. What was most disturbing was the response from management. The manager, Michael, advised me on multiple occasions to drive the vehicle off the lot despite an active oil leak. That is unsafe and shows a complete disregard for customer safety. When I attempted to address the issue through their claims process, it became clear the process is biased. The same store management involved in the service controls the documentation and narrative used to decide claims. I was discouraged from pursuing a claim and told verbally that it would be denied before any fair review occurred. The service documentation itself is contradictory. In one section it references a leak, yet elsewhere it states the gasket and plug were checked, sealed, and showed no issues. This alleged leak was never disclosed to me at the time of service. My entire family has used this location, and we will never return. I have since had the vehicle towed for independent repair due to safety concerns. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and warning others in the Riverstone community. I strongly encourage anyone considering this location to read other reviews carefully, as there are multiple reports of oil leaks occurring after service at this store. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. Your safety and vehicle are not worth the risk.
