It's a nice business establishment filled with Staffer's who excel in providing first class Customer care & services. I have experienced prompt & professional assistance from everyone including my Service Advisor, Phillip Pham, Salesman, Michael Pal & my dear Friend's Melissa & Mechelle who makes sure I always get the best freshly made cup of Frappucino upon my visits. Let me start by saying this: I don’t even have a Porsche (yet). But somehow, I still ended up leaving Porsche Sugar Land feeling like I just had a 911 GT3 RS blessed by a pit crew from heaven. Why? Because of Johnny Le. This man doesn’t just “work in service.” He is the service. If Porsche had a customer experience Olympics, Johnny would be walking around with gold medals and torque wrenches in both hands. Even though I wasn’t there for my own car, the way Johnny handled everything… from updates, to explanations, to just being a genuinely good dude. Made me feel like my name was on the service ticket. This review isn’t about an oil change or brake pads. It’s about integrity, care, and the kind of person who makes any brand proud to have him represent it.
