Horrible experience. I usually get my oil changed there every 3 months, each time showing the next service mileage on the sticker, and even got my inspection there last year. I went in today for a state inspection. Keep in mind my odometer hasn't shown the right mileage since I got the car 2 years ago because some of the numbers are missing. They said they couldn't pass my inspection because the odometer wasn't working correctly even though they have the next service mileage somehow. When brought up they just made up some excuse on why that was and refused to do the inspection. Horrible service and experience. Would not recommend to anyone in need of car service.

The manager and staff are liars and thieves. I brought my vehicle there for a simple oil change and prior to the work I had asked him some questions. For example is the filter included with the price are there additional hidden charges and so forth. He was very uncomfortable answering the questions but when it came time to pull my vehicle into his Bay Area I stood outside and decided to watch them do the work. The mechanic approached me in a hissy and said you have to wait in the waiting area and cannot be outside. I replied that I understand their liability concerns but I am no where near the work area and I'm far beyond the yellow line ( about eight feet away). Manager approached me asking me to return inside and I asked for my vehicle back. The mechanic drove my car out like a bat out of hell. Clearly this place is a sham or else I would have been allowed to observe the work being done. Run as fast as you can and don't look back. If I could have given them less than one star I would have.

Taken many vehicles here for oil changes, bulbs, easy stuff. Great experience. I took a car for brakes earlier this year and within a month we were hearing squealing again. Last oil change he told me they needed to be done again. It was less than 6 months since the last time. I am having it done elsewhere. Different vehicle, I needed rear brakes done, I called him on a Tuesday to ask, "If I drop it off today after work, can you have it done by tomorrow end of business? " he says, "Absolutely, bring it! " I planned the whole rest of my week on the fact that he assured me he would have it done. We show up at 530, he says (SAME GUY) his mechanic is off, and he has to order the parts, can't be done before Thursday or Friday. I remind him that we just talked and he didn't apologize for the mixup or anything just said, "no, you bring it, then I have to look up the part and I have to order that. My mechanics off so I can't do it. " What?!?! OK I get that parts have to be ordered--but it doesn't take 2 days, and he could have just told me the whole truth up front and I would have made other plans. I ended up having to take a day off work to get it done at a specialty brake place, which was not close or convenient, but also no where near the headache, and came with a warranty. Now I have trust issues with this guy. Overall, keep it light and simple. Oil... bulbs.. this place is perfect for that.... but take your true maintenance needs elsewhere.

Love! Love! Love this place! Not once have I ever come into this wonderful business and not received excellent service with professionalism and a smile! When they say Xpress service, they mean it! The entire staff is pleasant and have great customer service skills! If you need a quick oil change, state inspection, or routine light mechanical work, this is your place! I don’t often write reviews but I had to honor this wonderful establishment because their service is A1 in my book!

They change the oil on my car very quickly. In and out hardly 10 minutes. The only thing is they charged me almost $116 for full synthetic oil, oil filter and cabin filter which is 20-30 $ more than the average price of the market.

I said I want an oil change. He finished the job and said $50. I said why so much for 4 liters of regular oil? He said because he charges extra for the topping off of fluids.. I said I never asked for the extras I only asked for an oil change. He said next time ask for a basic oil change it’s only like $35. So that’s the first fishy thing they did. P.s. I forgot to mention the mechanic was slamming my door and hood. This breaks the hinges over time when you slam doors and hoods! Which I wasn’t upset about just aware of the lack of care for a customers vehicle. Alright so now I decided to do my own oil change because it’s that time again. First thing I noticed when removing the drain plug bolt is that I couldn’t remove it by hand. I had to hammer the wrench to get it off. (I bench press 225 pounds and go to the gym 3x a week full body for years. Im not a weak person.) THEY OVER TORQUED IT! This DAMGES THE OIL PAN DRAINAGE THREADS! Second thing is the crush washer IS MISSING. They never installed the crush washer! The crush washers job is to prevent damaging the oil pan as well as prevents leakage! Third thing I noticed is my factory size oil filter remover was too small to fit on the oil filter they used. THEY USED WRONG SIZE FILTER! THIS DESTROYS AN ENGINE OVER TIME! If you want to get your car messed up take it here. I’m done with this place now that I know what they’ve done to my vehicle. I just thought I’d warn yaull.

Worst experience ever! I Was there for a state emissions inspection after calling them to let them know I was coming. When I got there, the guy told me that my insurance was invalid because it is out of state. I told him I’ve always used it and been able to use it for a state inspection every year, so why are you not accepting it? He replied, in a very rude and disrespectful manner, and said “I guess you have to drive to Missouri to get your inspection done” which implies that I needed to get out of his shop! So I went to another place and got the inspection done right away just like I’ve always did for years. I’m still to this point not sure why that person decided to be rude and disrespectful to me. When I called them back right after I got the inspection done and told them that it done with no issues at all, the funny thing is last year I had it done at their shop as well 🤣😂🤣.

I have been going to this place for inspections. Today, I took three cars there, two for inspection and one for oil change. For a dodge caravan, we pay anywhere from 20-27 dollars for oil change. He charged me 52 dollars and change for 4 quarts of regular oil and an oil filter. I asked him where are your rates posted. He said I should have asked him before the change. His attitude was bad and unacceptable. Told him go ahead and charge me but he will not get my business anymore. He was least bothered. No worries, he just lost significant business of me and my large family. Not only due to price but his arrogance....

Those guys are scammers. I needed my brake fixed. He would tell me both front and back need fixed. I was rushing and agreed to it. A few weeks later, I had the brakes checked with a different mechanic shop turns out the back brake was not replaced at all. They don't value customers. I had used their services for 10 years since I moved to Texas. Now I'm done. They're shameless.

Can't even do an oil change right. I sent in my car for a simple oil change to save some time. They tightened the hell out of the filter housing and didn't lubricate the gasket. Take your car literally anywhere else.

Fraudulent shop! I bought an amsoil oil change with an amsoil filter. I decided to change my own oil before the scheduled milage because my engine was starting to behave poorly. To my surprise the oil came out black as tar and the filter WAS NOT Amsoil. Not only was it not amsoil its the wrong sized filter for my car!! This could do serious damage when combined with the extended oil change interval advertised by amsoil. The drain plug was very hard to break loose indicative of the mechanic using an impact driver to reinstall the plug! NOT GOOD. I will be contacting amsoil, and the BBB with my proof of purchase and I will be sending this oil to a lab for inspection! I will update this post when I get my lab results back. The lab results better not come back with metal shavings from excessive wear!! 😡😡😡

"Horrible Experience – Do Not Trust This Shop!" I had a terrible experience at this auto repair shop. I brought my car in because the door was making a noise when closing, as it was hitting the car frame. The shop assured me they could fix the issue. However, when I got my car back, I noticed a significant dent on the body of the car, something that wasn’t there before. It was clear they caused the damage while working on my car. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me for the damage they caused, instead of owning up to their mistake and fixing it. It’s obvious they didn’t know what they were doing, and now I’m stuck dealing with a dent that wasn’t there before I brought it in. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Stay away!

Came in for oil change and watched my car sit for 30 mins . I asked worker what was taking so long. He replied he was grinding rough areas on the oil plug. He damaged the plug with vise grips and tried to hide the damage. The Mgr said it wasn't damaged just needed to be grinded. He finally said he needed to purchase new plug. My car had to stay overnight . When car was ready today(Saturday) they tried to charge me for the plug they damaged. No apologies no customer service. You guys continue to treat customers bad and try to hide your mistakes You will have more days of workers sitting around with nothing to do.

PLEASE READ!!! Read all the negative comments on this page! The customers are not lying! I was skeptical on coming here and I truly regret coming to them. They took advantage of me and took my money in a bind. Very horrible business with no ethics. Will charge you unnecessary and still not resolve the issue. Inexperienced, unethical and a complete waste of time. Save yourself the hassle and find a better shop to take care of you and your vehicle.

I usually go to Walmart for my oil changes since it’s cheaper, but they don’t top off all the other fluids like my power steering or windshield washer fluid. At Express Oil Change & Auto Repair, I was pleasantly surprised, they gave me a great price, and for only $59.99 I was able to get a full synthetic oil change for my 2015 RAV4. The service was quick, thorough, and professional. They topped off all my fluids, explained everything clearly, and got me in and out faster than I expected. Honestly, it was one of the quickest oil change experiences I’ve ever had. This location at Voss and Highway 6 is definitely one of the best. I feel like I can truly trust them with my car, which means a lot. I’d highly recommend anyone in the area looking for auto services to give them a visit.
