I brought my wife's car on Friday morning for an oil change, tire rotation, and a 90k mile check on belts, fluids, filters, etc. They give me a sheet of paper to put my name, phone number, and what I wanted done. I double-checked to make sure I wrote down my number correctly, and they assured me that they would call me when it was ready and if the car needed extra servicing. A half hour before the garage closed, my wife texts me that Prime One called her to say the car is ready. I guess they lost the sheet of paper with my contact info, so they called my wife's number because it was in their computer system. She told them that she was out of town and that they should have called me. My wife told them that she didn't expect me to be able to pick up the car before closing because I never heard from them. When she texted me the situation, I was already home and would be unable to pick up the car before closing on Friday. I get to Prime One early Saturday morning. When I explained the situation to the owner, he said something to the effect of, "It's not my fault that you don't talk to your wife." He seemed to realize he crossed a line because he immediately backed away from the statement, saying something like "Let's not go there..." So from the owner's point of view, this situation was my fault--even though I gave them my name, number, and what I wanted done on the car. From my point of view, they took the sheet of paper I filled out and promptly threw it away. But what's more, the owner made a personal attack on my relationship with my wife. I find that way more upsetting than the fact that they can't keep track of a customer's contact information. The owner said "Sorry" several times, but never really said what he was sorry for. I'm not going back.

I was having issues with my brakes, the owner told me to come in and said he would be able to fix it no problem. I would have to pay for the parts upfront which made sense but somebody there ordered the wrong parts and said it’s not refundable. I was told to pay for the part again. The owner and nobody on his team knows what they’re doing. If you do decide to go here, please don’t pay cash and make the same mistake I did.

I have Presidents Day off and I called around to see who would have an opening to have my car inspected. Prime 1 told me to "come on in". They were efficient, courteous and personable. I had an estimate done at a different place for repairs that need to be done on my other car. I think I will bring the job order to Prime 1, and see what they say. Very impressed. UPDATE 3/2025 Prime 1 Car Care not only beat the other garage's estimate (by a lot) but also advised me on the procedures that could wait a while. Years later, they are the ONLY auto service, I'll take my cars to. Thank you, gentlemen!

I visited this auto service center a while ago. They generally provide good automotive services, but my rating is specifically for an oil change I got there. The oil change itself was well done, but I was put off by a remark from the staff member. He said, "Oil changes will take some time; this isn't a 5-minute oil change place—we actually take our time here." I was already aware that their service isn't rushed, so I felt the comment was unnecessary.

All I can say is blessing beyond ❤️ since I have started bringing my suv to this place it has been amazing until another problem came up and it was my starter 🤦🏾‍♀️ I planned to bring my truck back to this place but don’t do it run fast as you can I trusted this Machinic shop I trusted them to Do the job that needed to be done whenever I came they would have my truck pulled out and making promises that it was done correctly it’s all lies and bull shit I paid close to 1,500 to get my alternator don’t 8/6/2024 and this what my alternator looks like don’t come here I explained to the manger trying to explain someone did and he was entirely rude never go to

Was so kind and explained everything to me. I appreciated the care and if it ant broke dont fix it, saving money and time. They do state inspections and will work with you and let you know if there is anything you do or do not need to pass inspection. Will be back :)
