I’ve gone here a few times and every time they overcharge a ridiculous amount of money. Past 2 times we spent over $2,000 on simple stuff and both times came home with immediate problems. We just had a to get a tow truck after going to them today. Extremely disappointed. Only reason I continued to go was because a family member suggested it and the staff are nice. After I get this fixed I will not be coming back.

The manager Lawrence and his team did an excellent job for my recent two visits. Not only did they show excellent professional skill and knowledge, but also showed excellent customer service. Lawrence explained to me in detail on the screen about all the repair and maintenance works. On the receipt also the details were printed out. Dropped off my truck. They had to order a tire from a different location. After an hour they told me the wrong tire was delivered. Said they aren’t able to do the service for that day. Friendly staff though but you have to make it right if a mistake is made on the your part

My car was towed to First Tire and Auto because it was not drivable given the issues with my steering column, etc. Lawrence and Kurt were in contact every step of the way... The parts for my particular vehicle(* a German car/ older model) were exorbitantly expensive, so they took the time to find a vendor and then even a salvage yard. The cost was cut by 2/3... I am very grateful for their transparency, integrity and going the extra mile even without the huge price tag seemingly looming. I would recommend the shop and those gentlemen to anyone needing repairs to their vehicle! PS. Even the wrecker/ service they employ was awesome! Great guy, I cant remember his name unfortunately. The guys were very empathetic about how much work and expense needed to go into my car. Together we worked on making the best choices of what needed to be done within my budget. It was done the next day. They also provided free transportation to take me home and pick me up while the car was in the shop. I still have a list of items to be repaired but, but I have a better timeline of when they can be completed and still keep me driving safely.
