Well, my personal experience of This place is that they are really, really rude. I don’t know about How the service is because I didn’t get to even get my car looked at as customer service And keeping their word they suck. I was told to drop my car off today. Didn’t tell me a time I had to be there before this point in time. Nothing I was told to drop my car off today and That I work I can only get there by 12:50 almost 1 o’clock and the lady behind the counter said they gave my spot away and I said I was told to drop it off Today she said we open at 7 o’clock. You should have been here earlier when I went to explain to her that work and this was the only time I could drop it off and that he never told me a time to be here. Still nothing changed she didn’t even ask to leave it and they could look at it tomorrow and call me with an update or even ask to reschedule. She did nothing to assist me in any way, but tell me there was nothing they can do. They gave my spot away. It was very rude and unprofessional going back on their word like that I work every day of the week besides Sunday when they’re closed and I work 12 hour shifts I made arrangements for my car to be there for two days and to leave work to drop it off now. I have to do that all over again, just fair warning if y’all do use them to fix your car or anything make sure you clarify on the phone what time you should drop it off at they will not tell you. They will drop it off tomorrow and if you’re there at 1 o’clock, or later they will prolly tell u the same
