Just spoke with Steve. Ask to come over to build up the air to the system and add transmission fluid. On the site. And I’ll pay, no matter what happened: truck started or not.. . He just start talking about tow to the shop and blah blah… . Than, when I asked, please, just come over when you have time and do what I asked you about. Al what he he could offer is : bye and hang up on me. Great service!!!

Clayton John and I highly recommend Steve’s truck and trailer repair! They were a ray of sunshine in our dark hour! Thank you so much to Steve and his crew for the wonderful job you did on our motorhome! Got us on the road again. If you need help be sure and call Steve! I wish they had a 10 star rating because that’s what I would give Steve. Thank you again for everything you did for us!

One of my units needed some emergency electrical work on 2/6/24. Keith got me right in. He completed the job the same day at a reasonable price.

Well where do I start for starters they charge me double than the original quote and did not even bother to inform me till I got back at the shop they said they ran in some more problems which I understand but before you do work on the truck and fix something that's going to cost extra you have to let the person know how much is going to cost. They charged me 58 dollars on 3 quart transmission fluid really 58$. I think they saw me in a bad situation and took advantage of it original bill was suppose to be 560$ the final bill I had to pay was $1282.82 which made my account -650$ Ridiculous I will never go there again.

These guys are legit ! We’re out of town and had a bake chamber issue on a 2000 KW 900L ! They came within 1 hour last night , towed to their shop , took driver to a hotel and next morning fixed the issue . Picked up the driver from the hotel and took him back to his truck ! The bill was more than fair considering all the circumstances! Thanks Steve , John , tow driver and mechanic ! Great and professional team ! Highly recommended!

Went to get a hinge welded back on my trlr today. The weld looks good, and hopefully there won’t be any issues. But, they disconnected my batteries…which is fine, but which ever guy there hooked the batteries back up put my APU power line on one of the grounds, and the power post it was supposed to be on was completely loose and not even hand tight. They are mechanics there…how could that have happened?!? $270.00 later at thermoking to figure out what was wrong with my APU sucks! Hope their boss Steve knows what’s going on there!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !!!!! I came to them because of decent reviews but they are VERY unprofessional they over charge for extra unnecessary shop hours play around shop even caught sleeping. when they don’t know how to do something they guess and break things. I was quoted 3 hours for an overhead job and POSSIBLE clutch adjustment left with newly razor cut RED & BLUE airlines 2 1/2 days later after hotel and nearly $1200 bill no clutch adjustment but charged for broken linkage. Told me would be even longer to replace clutch. My driver asked them what was taking so long they threatened to push my truck out into the street in pieces. I Just paid and limped it to another shop before I let them waste anymore time or scams pretending to fix a clutch I had installed 7 months ago for another 4 days.

Called and they said they would start on it right away. After waiting for two hours while they moved trucks out of the shop and a few were sleeping they finally got my truck in. They hooked up the computer and it said low fuel pressure. Basically without telling me they replaced fuel filters which I didn't think was a big deal. After replacing them they didn't clean the housing threads and tried to say I needed to replace the housing which the part was $2,200 plus a day's labor. They showed me and I said the threads just need cleaned. After all said and done they charged me $800 to change two fuel filters which took over four hours and I lost a load. Don't go here. I got ripped off in so many ways

Had a flat tire on my tour bus , someone came out in their personal truck not a service truck . So if your a truck tire mobile service why wouldn't you come in a service truck ? After looking at my tire and rim , he told me that he wouldn't touch my tire cause of liability if something happens . So he just left , and left me there . He offered no help or suggestions!

I can't say enough about these guys. Great price. Great Work! I broke down in KC during the AFC championship game. My truck debated to 5 miles/hour. This happened Thursday. In spite them being super busy, they managed to get me in Friday morning. Found a problem with the Def. System. Worked on my truck persistently and got me on the road that following Monday. Eventhough we expected to pay around $6000.00 we ended up pay half of that. Around $3000.00 for a Def system repair and some loose work that needed done I noticed they took care of. Love these hard working guys for that! Appreciate your services and God bless you all!

We were passing through KC in our 45 foot Class A Entegra Anthem. 50 miles out from KC we got a check engine light with a DEF failure. This was July 3. We made it to our RV park in Platte, MO outside of KC and immediately started call for mobile mechancs we reached out to Steve’s and because of the Holiday he could not get to us until Monday. Which was ok. We tracked down the part that was needed and Keith, Steve’s son came to install it. But the wrong part came so we had to have another overnighted. Keith came back out installed the part and we still had several errors. He recommended us driving to the shop which we did. We arrived at 9 and were on the road at 1 pm. The service we received was outstanding. We highly recommend Steve’s to any motorhome that is in trouble, they are responsive and knowledgeable. A reall class ac.

I always get into the shop fast. We all know that sitting for days waiting for the dealership shops to "get around to you" is wasted potential earnings. Ethan and Steve assess the issue quickly, and their crew gets right to work. These guys are my go-to home shop.

I recently took a truck to this business for some repairs. Ethan was easy to work with, knowledgeable about my truck. They were given a chance by my dispatch office to do additional repairs for more money but did not. Ethan informed me that my dispatcher insisted she knew the problem with the truck but Ethan said that would be a unnecessary repair. I don't give out 5 stars very often. I give this place 4 stars. 4.5 if I could. I recommend this place but also note that they have several bad reviews. Be careful.

This shop has the most reasonable rates and great service. Steve and Keith are great to work with and they got me back on the road after a troublesome IPR sensor went bad on my F-350 Diesel. I did my research called around for a tow and Steve’s Truck & Trailer Repair was able to tow my large dually and get me running again I am ever so thankful! Oh yeah, do you see that huge white truck they’ll come directly to you if need be to get the job done! Keep up the great work Everyone!

Steve, the owner, helped me when I had a bad wheel on my 5th wheel. When calling around for roadside repairs, I called this guy. Never telling me he was an hour away one way he agreed to come. This number was recommended to me from Midwest Tow & Transport. I removed the wheel, so when they arrived, Steve, the supervisor, and his exceptional mechanic pulled off the hub. Departing with the broken wheel and the damaged hub and wheel hub parts. Steve said, "Driving off, I'll see you tomorrow morning." At 1121, I received a call from him saying he was having a hard time finding parts, and he would call me. He calls at 215pm, saying he was starting his hour trip. They replaced the hub and 6 lugnuts. The rest of the parts were mine. Steve charged me $1771. Two other roadside companies stated he overcharged me by $600-$800 dollars. Honestly, this is not a money thing. It's an honest thing.
