Update- I knew they would say it was just me but the pics speak for themselves. I had my car “touched up” as did many others I have referred, and it was done MUCH better. I didn’t expect perfection I just expected how you fixed my car and others which is not Gooped on unmatched paint as shown in my photos. A two year old could’ve done better and is not a professional $265 job. My daughter should receive at least a partial refund! - They got a 2 as they did soooo good on previous cars. Truly an outstanding flawless job. Many of my family have gone here but no longer will. This was back when they had pride in the work they turned out. I had my car “touched up” and it looked amazing as did others in my family. My daughter has a white beetle. She used her grad money to have the rock chips touched up. $265 is a lot for a kid! Over $100 from what it was a year ago… inflation they said… that’s more than inflation. At that price it should be flawless! We got it back the first time and it looked like white out was used and was not even close to the color. They said white was hard and to drive all the way back and they would fix it. I took it back based on how good they had done in the past. Got it back the second time and it was worse. Paint was glopped everywhere and this was not a professional job in any way. It was rock chips and a couple paint fixes and now looks like gooey white out was used. My daughter cried all the way home as this car she adores! It looks awful and I am so sad I had to see a business drop their values and not care at all about the work they turn out. Now as you read on other lower reviews they will shred me on here saying white is hard to match, and I’m a bad customer, (not professional by the way). Im sure they will say they did their best but I have seen their best and its not even close. Others can match white when they take the time to care! Now my daughters car looks worse than when we took it in and she Is out all of her graduation money.

Ryan and the crew at Straightline Auto do an amazing, thorough, professional, and detailed job of renewing your car's paint - brining it back to where you thought it could never return. I consider myself a DIY'er, and have buffed out scratches and polished my cars (and an airplane) - but my efforts do not come close to the professionals at Straightline. I'm glad my son-in-law recommended I bring my truck there. Highly satisfied, and highly impressed by the results - these people care and enjoy their work. If your car is starting to accumulate imperfections and scratches - Staightline is the place to go! You will not be sorry.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Straightline Auto Body! They were able to accommodate me on short notice and fix two rock chips in my wife's car at an unbeatable price. Despite living in Layton, the drive to Straightline Auto Body was completely worth it. I had contacted several other auto body shops in Layton, but they couldn't fit me in for months and their prices were ridiculously high, in the thousands, just to fix two rock chips. Straightline Auto Body's price was unbeatable, and the quality of their work was flawless. If you need a quote, I highly recommend giving these guys a call. They have definitely earned my repeat business for any future auto body fixes!

They replaced and painted bumper,looks amazing good as new and did chip repair and wet sanded my entire vehicle.very affordable and fast work. They also do paintless dent removals for small dings and it is also very affordable. I never looked into it, thinking it would be too much but they took out a couple medium size dings on my passenger door for around 180$. Definitely recommend, fair and fast.

This place is amazing!!!! I never had a car that needed body work ever in my life, but when I needed it the most they did a phenomenal job. Not only they were patient with me but they also addressed my feelings of discomfort and took them into consideration of everything else happening, as well as taking care of everything else that happens before the repairs and after the repairs! If I ever moved states and needed more body work done, I would drive my car here and only here. Best customer service, best people and best body work done by the owner himself!! You don't see that everyday.

I’ve been coming here for a long time, it’s the only place place I bring my cars for Paint Correction , Ceramic Coating and Painting. I had a GT500 hood installed on my 2021 Mach 1 and the word perfection is still and understatement. The hood is fiber glass from Cervinis and there was some imperfections when the hood was made, Ben made it look perfect and the paint an identical. As always outstanding work.

Heather is great to work with! Reasonably priced since I received a previous quote from somewhere else that was more than $1000 then straightlines quote! I’ll give another update when my vehicle is all done and I can see the with. Honestly my vesicle isn’t even bad but now days you have to replace the whole bumper cover and repaint. But I’ll make sure to update after the work is done.
