Well the service was fast and friendly. Was amazed how fast it was. The only problem was they told me that the service was 80 and they charge me 90+ taxes. It was about 100 dollars.they just need to improve their communication with customers on the phone.

No itemized receipt for oil & filter change. Took 2 hours to perform oil change & service transmission with frequent stoppage of work. Came home to discover transmission was cracked & some red stuff covering the cracked transmission which bled out fluid in 2 days. Went back & owner denied doing it. Do not trust them!!

We were about to go camping and our wheel started shaking. All the tire places were closed and we swung into their auto shop. They were closing but they took the time to look and dug a huge chunk of asphalt out of our tire and did not charge us. Amazing guy and made us laugh as well. Vacation saved!

Man steals car parts. Took my heat shield, switched out the alternator with a cheap used one, changed my freaking oil dipstick and claimed it was like that. I have a video recording of my before and after taking my car to this man. Never got an itemized bill. Refused to give me back my parts, kept smirking not caring at all knowing it wasn’t his first rodeo. Big scammer!!!! Very sketch place. Do not do business with this man. He steals car parts and sells them BEWARE!!

He told me he replaced my catalytic converter. He kept my car for a day and a half, I had to call him and he says "oh sorry your car has been done since yesterday." My car wasnt any better. I tell him, he looks at it again and says "oh it's your engine." He didn't bother to check what the issue was before replacing it and taking my money. I didn't even get a receipt. My check engine light went on again giving the same code meaning catalytic converter failure. I had someone else look at it he said it wasn't replaced and my engine is fine. Julio refused to make it right. So pretty much robbed me.

The workers at Ramz are very friendly and know their stuff! I took my 1979 motorhome in to get the engine fixed and they had it done within a few days. I also had them do an emissions check and oil change. Pricing was very reasonable and the service was stellar.

DO not go here TRUST ME.. i drop of my car Saturday afternoon. Employees doesn't speak english at all the bad part is they left my windows open wide and they left my keys inside. Cops needs to investigate this place! Listen once you guys drop your car , you guys need to drive by and check your car looks like there stealing stuff I’m glad i didn’t left my ATM Dont trust them at all.

Updated- I brought my Car here to have some repairs. They are Super Honest. They gave me an estimate of how much it would be. It turned out to Cost less then what they said! I was referred here and so happy I went! I made the call to see if they had the part in stock and about how long he would need my car for. Spoke with Julio. He was awesome and had me bring it in right away. I was in/out in no time and he had me on my way to get my son from school, just as he promised;-) Very busy yet Efficient shop!!
