I was passing through when my car belt broke on I-15. I called around and Griff's Garage was the only place willing to squeeze it in that day. They not only fixed the belt but they diagnosed two underlying issues. They fixed the one, but I needed to leave so there wasn't time for the other so I took it in to a local shop later. The price was very fair. They let me hang out in their office/lobby area while they were working on it. Thanks for helping me though a bind.

I was referred to Griff's by our previous mechanic. Had some issues with our Wrangler that they were able to fix. They even took care of a problem with our door that I hadn't mentioned, at no cost. There was some work they thought they would have to do, but as they got in there, they realized they didn't need to, so what I ended up paying was less than what they had estimated me. Jason seemed very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I moved recently, so was looking for a new mechanic after having some problems with my clutch/transmission. I called these guys, and they admitted they were a bit backed up but gave me an accurate estimate of when they'd be able to look at my truck. After they looked at it, it turned out the fixes I had made myself had corrected the issue, and they were able to release the depressed clutch pedal and verify there were no additional leaks. After their work, they didn't charge me anything, which really surprised me since it wasn't an official fix - I figured they'd at least charge a diagnostic fee. I don't expect that free service to happen again, but they've earned my trust and I will definitely be coming back for the next issue. It's been several weeks since I brought it in, and I can verify the issues truly were resolved with the help of these guys.

I have taken my truck to Andrew at Griff’s for about a year now and have been very pleased with their work. But I never knew how incredible they truly are until recently. I had my truck towed to their garage expecting a massive repair bill. Although they were pretty busy, Andrew took the time to fit us in. Andrew called me back quickly with the incredible news that the truck was fine, simple user error on my part and it was ready to be picked up. The cost - nothing. I know that they could have taken advantage of my error but they didn’t charge me anything and they didn’t make me feel dumb. Highly recommend and wish I could give more stars!

We picked up my granddaughter's 2007 Mercedes C230 yesterday and are so pleased with Griff's service. They took messed up electrical wiring and disabled dash environmental controls, quoted me a price and ended up coming in way less than quoted. They also added in a new window wash reservoir and got that system working same day at very reasonable cost. Good job Jason and Co.. Our Toyota has over 250,000 miles on it and had been a fabulous car but on Friday it sounded like it was on its last leg. We took it in to Griffs garage and the owner, Jason, let us know he'd take a look at it. Before the day was even done he had given us a call letting us know the problem was a simple fix and a very reasonable price! He had the car done by Monday and we are so grateful for the quick work and wonderful service!! Highly recommend them!

Dropped my truck off to get the transmission rebuilt. We ended up getting a factory rebuilt transmission with a 3 year warranty. It was installed quickly and the truck shifts nicely. The also replace a few broken exhaust manifold bolts while they were at it. Very good customer service and I am very happy with the results.

Was passing through Ogden on the way home to Washington. Called up Griff’s for some help with our tow hitch. Although, I had no appointment and it was last minute, they were able to fit us in for some quick help and sent us on our way. If we were here longer, I’d definitely get an alignment here. All the equipment and tools they use are high quality, look new and in solid condition. Wish we had a shop like this near home!

I have gone here with several cars several times and I have always had a good experience. Jason is hardworking, honest, and knowledgeable. He isn’t the kind of auto shop guy to try to charge way more than what you actually need. He has also never charged us for diagnosing issues, just the actual fix. We drive a little bit out of the way to go to Griff’s because of how awesome they are (passing several shops on the way). Totally worth having your business—even if you have to wait a little bit sometimes because they is a little more booked out occasionally—another testament to how much people like them! Also, I really appreciate that Jason has explained whatever was going on to me in a way I could understand without making me feel dumb. Great to work with!!

We love Griff's. They are honest (including telling us if they aren't sure what the problem is). Their prices are fair, and while they charge a little more than some other shops we've been to, it's not unreasonable and TOTALLY worth it. Whatever we have had fixed there we know is going to be done right and last us a long time. We've worked a lot with the same 2 people. Jason and... the other guy (🤦♀️I can't remember his name at the moment) are both so nice to work with. They never treat me like I'm stupid, and also take the time to help me understand the problem and solution. Their staff is all certified which is a huge bonus. We moved further away and tried a couple other repair shops. One was shmoozy (I can't think of a better description) and tried to talk me into their outrageous prices. Another shop had great prices and fixed what we went in for, but always seemed to be in a rush and repairs didn't seem to stay repaired.

In the past year I’ve been taking all my vehicles to these guys! Jason and Andrew are great! Ive never felt ripped off or taken advantage of! I’ve dealt with a lot of other mechanics and really feel they are knowledgeable with all the vehicles I’ve taken to them. Older jeeps to diesel trucks they have you covered and will treat you right. Extremely happy with the service I received today. They were efficient, fair and thorough. I had been worried about an issue with my front end and had them do a complete check up on my car (Mitsubishi). Found out that Mitsubishi has discontinued making some needed parts for my car. The mechanic promised to keep looking for the needed parts for my car and will contact me when some can be found. If you need a great and honest mechanic, look no further. Some of the most honest and skilled mechanics in Utah! Worth driving the near 1 hour to see them. They saved me $30,000! My car's engine died without warning and they're the ones who told me to check with Hyundai about a class action engine replacement, which I qualified for. I had no idea it existed. They could have made me pay to replace the engine or scrap my car and buy a new one. Instead they stayed honest and helped me through the needed diagnostics to get Hyundai to replace it for free. Worth the drive every time.
