Taken my car to Seth several of times for many different things that Euro cars just need... like needing a new water pump to new wheel bearings, getting my maintenance done, and really just diagnosing any issues I’ve had. They charged up the ass for labor and wanted 400$ to replace my power steering pump for just the labor I had all the parts also my friend went to them and they won't return his call what so ever you're. Enter off with a mobile mechanic than these guys literally as a response to your response you have not contacted my friend for multiple days on a job your mechanics couldn't do right the first time 150 in labor is beyond livable for any employee especially when the customer supplies the part you can't just ignore you clients and push then off especially when the pay you in full and have continuously gone to you and you guaranteed a warranty for your work you should be ashamed of how you run your business Seth

Took my VW golf into them for a timing belt. They were the only ones that got back to me quickly. I prepaid the part and they were able to get me in a couple days after the part came in and got the car done before the end of the business day. Professional and quick service. I took my Toyota MR2 to this shop around late April/early May of 2025 because I had a problem with my turbo and the car idle was not the best. They said they would run a diagnostic and let me know what was going on with it, this took them about a month to do, mind you, I would call them often and they wouldn't answer, it was always so hard to get a hold of them, I even tried emailing them, still no answer. After the diagnosis, we came to the conclusion that the turbo was blown and needed to be replaced, we ordered a new one and he said it would come late august early September. They had some other cars to work on, didn't get to mine until October, they said it would take about 2 weeks to fix the car. It took them an ADDITIONAL 3 MONTHS to "fix". Not sure if their tuner works for them or has their own place but the tune is shit, car will still not stay on without holding the gas, they said they fixed this issue by the way. I got my car back with so much oil leakage, it leaks PUDDLES, it was not like this before taking it there, it had minor leakage. All this for the car to be running worse than before and down 8 thousand dollars. They did other things as well I will add the invoice if anyone is curious. To conclude this, their service was horrible, I would have to call multiple times for them to answer, if they did answer, and they don't do things in a timely manner. In my opinion I believe it was way too expensive for what they did.
