This is the one and only bad review I’ve ever cared to write. But I’m kinda hoping this location goes out of business for their consistent dishonesty. If you don’t have an extensive knowledge of cars they will take advantage of you. Been here a few times between me and my wife. For one they refuse service to any vehicles with spacers. 2 they always say much more work needs to be done than is necessary. Multiple times they’ve told us we need $800+ in brake repairs then we take it anywhere else and we are told everything looks very healthy and they would feel wrong to take our money. Just seems their policy is to milk you of everything they can. If you want an honest mechanic go down to Burt Brothers (formerly JP Midland in Roy) they’ve uncovered countless lies I’ve heard from Les Schwab.

My college age daughter was having a break fluid sensor issue. She took it to a couple different places and they tried to sell her hundreds of dollars worth of work. She stopped by Les Schwab and they noticed something very minor and fixed it free of charge. Took them all of 5 minutes! Thank you for being honest and for not trying to take advantage of a young college girl. This dad is proud to give the Ogden Store 5 stars!

The wonderful people at Les Schwab fit me in last minute and took the time it needed to turn my walk-in nail repair into a full replacement of all four tires. When we got home with our new tires, we noticed scrapes on all four rims we thought might’ve been from the tire machines. After taking it back and the management having a look, we were able to figure out it was from the wheel caps the car dealership puts on all the new cars. Although we are bummed upon discovering the damage to our rims, we are very grateful the staff at Les Schwab handled our complaint seriously and professionally, which is why we love trusting our cars with them so much. Thank you, Les Schwab!
