At first, the initial call was hung up but it was due to misunderstanding on the VRS' operator. What I am truly impressed is that Kaylynn made a call back right away! Most of the experiences I had with other customer service, they didn't bother to call me back but this one DID! They're get a glorified review from me when, for the most part, I rarely do this review. What I am glad is that one of their installers knew sign language and made a great effort to communicate with me, answering some questions I have for about the window tinting. I am truly impressed with them! I'd HIGHLY recommend this service if you're looking for this type of service!

This is the real deal. If you are even thinking of tinting your home windows - you need to go with Shaded Glass. After we called numerous tint companies - this company is the only one that went above and beyond in their service and professionalism and it meant a lot. Their free consultation and bid was so easy - they directed us to use Night Vision 3M- it is everything we wanted and more! Shaded Glass and Danny changed our living space in the best possible way- we kept the light and open windows we love but now it is bearable even on the brightest of days - and at night time our view is crystal clear - it doesn’t look like we are wearing sunglasses at night! We can’t imagine buying the stuff at Home Depot and getting the same result- there is just no way! Seriously if you are on the fence just trust them- they truly listened to what we wanted as well as our concerns. We would like to thank Danny for the amazing help and install as well as Brandon who took extra time with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and Kaylynn for being so awesome helping us schedule our install.
