Brought my 21 Ram in to get a BDS 4 inch lift installed with new wheels and tires. When I dropped off the truck I told them that I would have discount tire put the tires and wheels on since their price was more competitive. The guy at the front desk said I didn't have to do that and that they would price match. So I let them just do the whole thing. After picking up the truck I noticed that they charged me their price instead of price matching. After several weeks of talking to the previous manager and getting the run around I was running out of patience. Then came Kyle. Kyle is the new manager there and he has been putting out fires from the previous manager and doing a great job. Unfortunately, I had to deal with an install issue as well because the techs forgot to attach the speed sensor wire to the frame, which caused the wire to get eaten up by the tire making me lose abs, 4wd, cruise control, etc. This was a $200 repair. Kyle took care of covering that cost. Hoping Kyle can get this store in the right path, as he has the skill set to make this a smooth running and successful store.

Kyle is an absolute asset to your company. He went above and beyond to help with a control for the winch on my truck, so I could pull my sister out of the snow. Turns out I have a broken pin and I’ll need to order in the control. These guys definitely deserve 5 stars! I worked mostly with Josh but everyone I came in contact with was so friendly and made me feel like their most important customer. They also easy could have charged me for 2 days work because of an unforeseen problem (which wasn’t even their fault) and only charged one days. They also were understanding and didn’t charge when I had to cancel an appointment. They gave me the best deals on my new wheels and tires and installed a brand new rack, light bar and ladder! And they always squeezed me in so fast! Other places wouldn’t even call me back! They will even allow you to order materials and have them shipped directly to their company so you don’t have to haul them! I highly recommend 4Wheel parts!

I have a 3” suspension lift 2001 Nissan frontier I’m very mechanically inclined so I’m cautious about the mechanic shops I go to; I’ve also been screwed by shops especially ones that focus on quantity over quality and that’s never fun. These guys did an amazing job from the customer service all the way to the mechanic! I even watched them drive my truck around 4 times to verify my alignment was exactly where it should be which is exactly what you should expect for good quality work! Definitely recommend them—they set the standard other businesses should follow. Canyon really helped me out last minute after another company (a startup) in Provo delayed my custom rock sliders for two weeks and then bailed. He quickly found a set that was ready the next day at a great price and even gave me other options that could’ve been ready just as fast. He stayed very communicative throughout the process. The rest of the team was fast and friendly as well as helping load.

Was in the store today. They have a KC light bar "kit" for a Jeep JL on the shelf with a price tag marked at $1499. They wanted $2300! They separate the kit and mark up the price, I guess . Sticker price didn't mean anything & the guy didn't know anything about the item. Don't waste your time going there, just shop online for cheaper.

But guess what there, was not even two weeks after we got it back from the work total off roads did. Talk about scary. These guys would be the last place I took my jeep or anything else too.
