When you call for information about a part, it's terrible. They leave you on hold for more than 25 minutes, and you call again and the same thing happens. I get to the store and there are no customers inside, and someone is waiting on the call. Terrible call service. I'd rather move to Oreily.

Today my car wouldn’t start. I went to Autozone in North Ogden, UT. When I walked in the door, Rich T greeted me. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He was very willing to check the battery and very knowledgeable about what was needed. It was cold outside and he didn’t complain about having to be in the elements. He explained things very clearly. I came in to get my headlights swapped since one went out unexpectedly. Cody, the assistant manager, was more than helpful. He found the electronic receipt that I needed to exchange the lights and even quickly helped me install them in the parking lot. He was quick and thorough. I really appreciate his help.

Such a quick and easy experience to get a diagnostic for my check engine light. David was great, didn't talk to me like I was a dumb girl, gave me the quick easy possible solution as well as info if that didn't work first. Went to a competitor first that couldn't give me a specific diagnosis but told me my car was likely toast that it would cost a lot and probably not be fixed. Always choose auto zone.
