I’ve been trying to bring my business here for 4 years and if the son is working I can never get an emmissions test done. Machine is always broken. If my wife goes she can get in every time and register her car which the only time I was able to do that was if the dad was there. I’ll never take my business there again.

I've been coming here for years. Referred many friends because of the honest, straight forward way this automotive shop has always done business. No one likes to hear about problems they don't expect but I've come to learn, you get what you pay for. It's far less expensive getting the right facts up front than chasing your tail with the wrong shop. Pro-Tech is the best I've ever found!

They were able to diagnose my car problems and explain it to me in a way I could understand. Best auto shop in town. You can't find anyone who is more honest, fair, and amazing with cars. Been going here for years, never had a problem. Never had a vehicle he can't fix! Yesterday I was recommended to this place for my Emissions, my car failed. I fixed my car issue went back the next day waited an hour for them to open. It was very Bad service the guy was rude I felt like a burden😠 I asked for the tags he claimed I had go to DMV since it originally failed. The business is fair priced very fast but Not Professional at all in my case.Very unsatisfactory

I gave 5 stars 9 months ago because the service was and still is excellent. Now I am commenting to let everyone know my car still is going, no problems, not even one. Before I came here I took my car to every auto repair place a person can think of, including places in Brigham, every 20 year old thought they knew what they were doing but really had no idea because it would cause the same exact problem later. So finally I took my car here and haven't had one problem since then. I would recommend coming here for everyone. These guys know what they are doing and don't just guest. They get the job done. I'll be taking my car only to this place from here on out. My family and friends will be giving this place a try here soon and I'm excited to know that their issues will be fixed. Thank you for your excellent service and resolving my issues with my car.

The work was done well and my car runs great. The issue was when the owner called to tell me the price. He refused to tell me what the charge was for until I agreed to let him do the work. When I got the receipt, I see a charge for $95.23 for diagnostic. Any other shop I have been to waives the diagnostic charge if they perform the work. I feel I could have paid less pretty much anywhere else. The charge was $343 to change the spark plugs and wires for my son's car. The dealer charged me $157 for the same thing on my car. Way overpriced. I guess that's why he wouldn't tell me what he was doing.

As a woman I have had a lot of auto repair guys lie to me and try to take advantage of me. Not with Allen and his dad Cal. I completely trust them. They are good, honest and fair. Allen always explains to me what he will be doing, approximately how long it will take and a price estimate. I highly recommend Allen Pack.

My experience was the same as some of the other ladies that have written reviews. My husband took his truck here and had a great experience so I was shocked when I brought our van in to have our suspension looked at and had a completely opposite interaction. Guy was beyond rude and definitely made me feel like I was a burden. Bottom line... if your husband or father has the time to take your car in, you're probably good, but girls I'm telling you, go somewhere else.

Just a heads up when you go here for emissions to be careful. They like to run a scam where if your vehicle doesn’t pass the first time, they tell you to wait 30 days to clear any codes before coming back for a retest. When I came back for the retest (one day after their 30-day recommendation) he told me that he had to recharge me for the test. That’s unfortunate that they run schemes like this. They get extra business once, but lose a customer for life.

I took my vehicle in and they misdiagnosed the issue. They don't have the proper equipment, so the customer is stuck overpaying for parts and labor while they blindly search for the actual problem. He was very condescending and unprofessional when I called to inform him that there was no improvement to the vehicle after I picked it up. He charged me more than double what the parts actually cost and that is without any discount that I would expect a shop to get on parts. He also charged me over $300 for his initial diagnosis, which was wrong. I have since purchased the tools and parts to diagnose and fix the issue myself. In the end, it was not a problem with anything Allen mentioned. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Today when my husband pulled my car into this business parking lot, he did so because the engine was dying. The alternator may be out. The one man who runs the shop was very annoyed when he was asked if we could leave the car parked in the parking lot, since it wouldn’t run without a good enough charge. Husband had to PUSH the car into a parking stall. The shop owner offered his jump box & my husband was able to get the car moved to a parking lot one business down the street. But he still had to push the car into another stall. This is the 2nd time this shop has declined to be helpful with car problems in any way. I scheduled an appointment months ago to have this shop listen to a loud noise my car has been making. We are pretty sure it needs engine mounts replaced. The man at this shop after going on a drive with me to hear the noise, commented that I have after market wheels that could be causing vibrations. I agree, but I’ve had the wheels for over 10 years and this noise was new. The noise was bad enough that I took it to the shop seeking a diagnosis & wanted to schedule repair. The man told me that it was going to cost money (duh?) & told me that I should just turn my radio up! I was not going to say anything here at the time, because he at least seemed decent about it. But after the attitude he had and his actions today, we will never go back, & don’t recommend this shop to anyone. If he had taken the time to get my car in months ago, he might have noticed the tensioner pulley noise & today could have been avoided completely.
