This summer we were traveling to Idaho for a family reunion and my truck broke down on the freeway (overheating/water pump). We were pulling a camp trailer and this was a stressful event for us as our vacation and time with family was threatened. I brought the truck to Brake Time Bob's first thing in the morning the next day and told Bob about our dilemma. It was Friday morning, and I could tell they had a lot of jobs on their schedule. HOWEVER, Bob was so awesome and his team of mechanics was incredible and they got my truck up and running and back on the road. The family vacation was saved! It was a true pleasure doing business with Bob! Thank you! And a shout out to Bernie for his time and effort to fix the truck! Great work!

This is just for a phone call, but I wanted to see if he could do labor for brakes and he immediately was making absolute sure that I needed it done in the first place. I recently had my Jeep Wrangler serviced at Brake Time Bob's, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The crew there did an exceptional job, replacing the radiator and heater core, along with a few other necessary repairs. Bob and his crew are honest, good working people who refuse to rip people off. My car broke down in Utah driving thru from AZ, thankfully close to relatives who referred me to Bob's. My car was towed to a shop that diagnosed and said I needed a new engine. Of course the cost was going to be way too much for me to be able to cover. I had it towed to Bob's where he was able to get the work done for me at half the cost of what the other shop was going to do it for- and even less than his original quote! They are bustling and busy, and rightfully so as I wouldn't want to take my car any where else. Too bad I live in AZ!! In the end, my car had a perfectly replaced engine with 25,000 mi on it (my car had 97,000 on it), and I drove it back to AZ, 700 mi no problem and it ran perfectly! Thank you so much Bob for all you do and for helping me! God bless!!! 🙏✨️😊
