We drove to 2 other tire places and were told we looking at a 2 hour wait. Today We drove right up to Victor's Tires and were kindly greeted.. They got us in right away and were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. It was a hot day and I had my family in the car. Great service! I got a flat tire and the AAA tech who swapped the spare tire recommended Victor's. I showed up half an hour before closing and asked if they could replace my tire that day. After being unable to locate an alleged used tire in their inventory they offered to sell me a new tire. Cost was reasonable and I drove off the lot at 3 minutes after closing. Thanks!

The worst, I would not recommend this place at all, on Friday we took the car and they made my husband go several times and it took all day to arrive, pick it up and there was still something pending, my husband had to make a trip to Tennessee and there he realized that they had left the car in a bad state apart from the fact that they did not align it 😡 It is the worst place we have ever been to. Days before, they also left my brother's wheel bolts loose and a wheel almost came off the car. They are irresponsible, they are only interested in selling but as tire dealers and mechanics they do not do a good job!!! I hope you can see my review before going to this place. 😠

These guys were a definite tripsaver. We developed a flap and no tire shops were open. We called these guys first thing the next morning and ask if they could get us in the day before Easter, and the answer was come on down. Absolutely, we spent less than 20 minutes. Every time that I have come into the shop, the supervisor Francisco is always working nonstop. I have witnessed him on multiple occasions. Only take a few drinks of water and eat on the go while taking great care of each customer. The business I have had here has been excellent. I would recommend anybody that has any issues with their vehicle to bring it down here and I am sure you’ll be either taken care of or pointed in the right direction With an honest hard-working opinion definitely give it five stars. They advertised tires for $1263.00 out the door online but then when I called to make sure they had them in stock they gave me a price for over $1500.00. Thats really not ok ok them and I was able to find them for $1180.00 at discount tires.

From Out of State with a rental and right left tire pressure was going down. Put air in tire and 2hrs later went to 25lbs. Goggled nearest tire shop and Victors Tire Shop on Washington in Ogden, Utah came to the rescue. We stayed on the car while they took the tire off. Saw it was a nail and repaired it right then and there in front of us. Put it back on and off we went on our road trip! Come on…..this is 100% great service!

I had suspension work done and had an alignment performed here immediately afterward, which is standard after suspension repairs. Within about six months, my tires developed severe inside-edge wear and toe scrub, a pattern consistent with excessive negative camber and toe-out. I returned offering a simple, reasonable solution: I would buy replacement tires, and they would correct the alignment that caused the premature wear. Instead of working with me, I was offered 10% off new tires and told I would have to pay $45 just to “diagnose” an issue directly related to their prior alignment. When I said this was unacceptable, the employee followed me outside in an aggressive manner, closely watched me while I attempted to take photos of the tire damage, and threatened to have me trespassed from the property. The interaction felt intimidating and confrontational, and I did not feel like I was being treated as a customer trying to resolve a problem in good faith. This was unprofessional and inappropriate. A reputable shop would stand behind their work and de-escalate. This one chose fees, upselling, and intimidation instead. I am documenting everything and filing a formal complaint. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.
