I’ve known this man for years and I can tell you all that time that he’s worked on my vehicles, he has never charged any more than he should. He will even tell you how much each item is and you can choose according to what money you have and what you can get done. He will work with you and work with you. He is by far the best mechanic and he’s fair. Take that to the bank, you can.

Amazing service. Chris knows what he is doing and is honest with his prices. Emissions is run separately by another business and that person is never there. Emissions only accepts cash which is shady.

The only place I go to get an emissions certificate for registration on my vehicles. Taking all major cards and they appear to offer credit also. They are always quick and easy. On past vehicles when I had an issue he was honest, straight forward, and competent in resolving the problem.

Super fast service, great price! Will definitely go there again!👍👍👍 Called again 5/27/20 they too care of my issue right away! Great guys! They have my business for every service they provide! June 2020 Toyota wanted $80 just to hook up the tool to find out what the issue was with the check engine light. These guys did it for free! Recommended these guys to work on my son's car July 2020 and he is so happy that I did! They are So honest and trustworthy! Spent the time necessary to diagnose the problem and charged a VERY reasonable price to fix it. I will continue to go there every time! July 2020 Another great job done on brakes for an awesome price!

I seriously cannot recommend these guys enough. Not only do they not charge you up the wazzoo, but they're incredibly kind and welcoming. I've come to them a few times now for car mishaps (the universe loves torturing me...) and they've consistently shown how much they care. I recommend them to everyone I know. Seriously, you can't go wrong with these guys. Absolutely incredible people.

I have been coming here for many years and he always exceeds my expectations! He’s down to earth, he explains things in dummy terms and is always fair in price! He is the only mechanic I trust, will go to, and recommend. Right now, my check engine light magically went off and I rushed here to do my emissions. He remembers me and my car and my issues so he said “give me a minute to get this car down and we’ll test it.” Not to mention he’s fast and efficient. He’s the real deal!

The guy, Chris Douglas is A-1!!! Awesome Mechanic, shoots straight, More than fair prices!!! He's always getting busier and busier, does Emmissions NO TIRES! Time for him to expand but he wouldn't trust anyone else to work on you’re car! I probably shouldn't have wrote this review but he deserves nothing less. He has taken on someone in the office. She's awesome too!!!!! 👌 I wouldn't go anywhere else unless I couldn't get in and needed something immediately. The man is an incredible man, honest, UP front and Won't have you waste your money to spend more later. He'll tell you up front. There's a review about the old emmissions business that shared with Chris. Chris now owns the garage and he does emmissions himself! Takes 8 minutes!!! Go to him!

Douglas Auto Service is one of those hidden gems you hear about. The mechanic is fast and efficient. Every time I need work done on my car it's very likely the work will be completed the same day. If not I will at least get a phone call giving me an accurate expectation on completion. He is fantastic at finding out what's wrong with my vehicle and only uses parts that are needed. The prices are competitive. Give him a try. I promise you will not be disappointed. 07/16/25 - called at 945 am needing brakes changed out. They got me in and out same day. Very professional and prices still competitive.
