My experience was very smooth with Beckstrom Body Shop. They were very transparent about where they were at with my vehicle and steps they were taking to get it fixed up. They were also easy to contact, which hasn’t always been my experience with other shops. I feel like the pricing was very fair and the service was quality! Incredible personal service! I brought in my car and I wanted to know the cheapest option to fix a mostly cosmetic issue. They gave me the cost for the full repair, but also the cheaper fix that didn't completely replace the parts, but fixed the issue I was trying to fix, and then with my permission snapped the parts back into place and replaced some push tabs at no charge, which fixed what I was trying to accomplish. I was SO impressed. Who does that?! It saved me $700, and was exactly what I wanted to do, but was afraid to do myself in case I broke something more. This shop has done me well in the past, but I was just SO impressed that they were willing to help with a DIY fix and even give me that option, with the cautions and disclaimers of course. This is the difference b/t a family-run business a a national-run shop. I highly recommend them.

I left my car there for months, it was a super minor repair. But for some reason they took FOREVER. I had to call to see what was happening and then they finally got it done. But when they returned it, the part was still broken! So I took it back, they "fixed" it, but a part was still broken!

BECKSTROM'S! WOW! I just cant say enough about what this shop has done for me. I was rear ended by a not sober driver in my dream truck. You know, the one that replaces every other vehicle in your mind when you think of all the nice ones you have owned over a lifetime. I thought she was gone from me, stolen in a 2 second mishap. Jake at Beckstrom's Body Shop, changed all that for me. He accomplished the impossible when it came to filing an insurance claim. I knew she was totaled in my heart, but he NEVER gave up or gave in. I am so grateful for what he did for me, bringing my Dominatrix back into my life looking EXQUISIT (see before and after photos)!!! I am so happy to have her back looking better than ever. Customer service was amazing all the way to the day I picked her up. They are top notch, above and beyond care for your dream vehicle, or any vehicle you want the best for! I'm extremely satisfied with the work and professionalism that Beckstrom provided me. I hit a deer one night on my way back home and needed a lot of parts replaced and body work done on my front end. My insurance recommended that I contact Beckstrom. I called them the next day, and was surprised at how quickly they had me come by and with how flexible they were. When I arrived, they were extremely professional. The staff was extremely nice, cooperative, and helped me answer any questions that I had. I was given a time window of when the truck would be done, and they got it finished before that estimated time. My truck had never looked better! I've always been a little skeptical of mechanic and other automotive shops, but throughout the whole process they gave me peace of mind, and after seeing the results and the incredible quality of work they did, I won't ever be taking my truck to any other place, and I'll be HIGHLY recommending Beckstrom to all of my friends!

Removed my left front mudflap and wheel housing to paintthat area. Did not know how to out the prts back on...worked for a couple of hours on it. I told them just give me the parts I have to go. I got the mudflap but not the housing. You cannot attach the mudflap with out the housing...I was not told. The Saab housing was quite expensive. I was decived. Saab tech said your car was not finished and Beckstroms knew it. I was not offered any credit or refund. Parts for a 1995 Saab are rare, They should be ashamed...Where is the part, why do I not have I. "I need the car for two days. It was 4 and I missed my dental appoinment. Mack Foss Ogden Ut

I have just had the immense pleasure of meeting some of the nicest, caring, and kind people that I have ever met! I want to thank Sumer, Jake, and Tucker, of Backstrom Automotive on Lincoln in Ogden for taking such good care of me and my 2001 Ford Mustang. I had purchased new hinges for my car and was looking for quotes on having them installed and the doors realigned. I spoke with Sumer and Jake at Beckstrom's and they offered to do this work free of charge due to my status as a Disabled Veteran! Up to this point I had been quoted an average of $1200 to do this work so their offer took me quite literally by surprise. The appointed day came and the mechanic (Tucker) took his time to ensure that both doors were aligned perfectly so that the windows would close and seal properly after installing the 4 hinges. The old saying that "you get what you pay for" does NOT apply to this company nor its' people. I received top notch work and flawless customer service! I heartily recommend Beckstrom Automotive and Body Shop to all of my brother and sister Mustang owners, and anyone finding themselves in need of quality automotive and/or body work. Thank you Beckstrom's, this has meant more to me than I can ever repay or thank you for!
