Very disappointed with this dealership. They promised to complete specific work on my truck and never followed through. The entire process felt sketchy and unprofessional. They don’t keep the promises they make. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never purchase another vehicle from here again. For customers spending over $50,000 in their store, the level of customer service should be far better than this.

My experience was great from start to finish. Sean communicated pricing openly and was honest about how long the whole thing would take. They found what was causing many problems and had it all fixed the same day. I really appreciated the tech sending a video of what all needed to be addressed and explaining to all to me so I fully understood what was going to be fixed and why. I will only be going to them for any car needs form now on.

I dropped my Bronco off for an error I received while traveling regarding my Sta-Bar disconnect. The team at Young Ford was very welcoming and made me feel at home. I had to leave the vehicle over the weekend so they gave me a loaner (covered under warranty) and had it fixed as soon as the parts came in. I loved the service and communication, and will be returning for sure!

All the employees and techs are always nice and brighten the day with well placed humor. One of if not the only dealership I would take a vehicle to for any kind of service.

Our car broke down and we needed a new car. We loved an Explorer we saw at Young Ford in Ogden and went to purchase it. We didn’t know the price before going because we were looking at a different Explorer online. He told us the price and we felt it should be a little lower because it was a 2025 model and we were sure they were wanting to clear it off their lot since it was Feb 2026. The salesman said he would go ask his manager. He came back a few minutes later and told us that was the absolute lowest price they could go and this price was even discounted so much that they were losing money on the car. I told him if he got the price down $2000 we would take it. He said he could not go any lower at all on the price. Then I told him we saw it online for $2000 less than what he was telling us. He then gave it to us for the $2000 less price that it was advertised online. I felt this was very dishonest and disingenuous - but it was the only car we liked and really wanted to so we purchased it for the lower advertised online price. JUST A WARNING - DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GOING TO THE DEALER. THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.

I initially had three concerns: the price (since another place didn’t charge me for the diagnosis), not being told when my car would be ready, and the lack of Apple Pay. Their service department has always been outstanding. Had a recall which could now be accomplished. They contacted me to set up an appointment. They provide a shuttle service, so you don't have to have another person come pick you up while your service is being accomplished. The service advisor Anthony Z was very courteous and polite.

Do not bother, run away. Tow it to LHM or other ford dealers the extra tow would cost you a fraction compared to what you would save elsewhere. Work was good (Simple bleeder adapter) Bronco clutch bleeder 33 dollar part a bit of oil 15 dollars easy max 1 hour job they charged close to 900 dollars for it. As a car dealer we see different shop prices but this is a rip off, stay away, as the service manager said you don't send enough business for us to give you shop prices, instead of gaining a future customer they will loose future business. They charge is way too high. GO TO LARRY MILLER SUPPER FORD.

Im a car junky. I buy a lot of new vehicles. I buy about 5-10 a year. I flew to Salt Lake City and bought a truck from Young Ford in Ogden. I paid cash for the $130,000 Shelby. It had problems and they wouldn't help @ all. Tried to get help for months. Worst dealership Ive ever dealt with. Just sayin !!

We had such a TERRIBLE experience with this dealership! From the beginning, negotiating the price was terrible and uncomfortable. The salesperson became visibly frustrated when we were firm about what we were willing to spend. Once we finally agreed on a price, his attitude completely changed. Suddenly he was cheerful because he made the sale. The truck needed work done before we could take it home. We were promised it would be ready by Wednesday at the latest (we purchased it on a Friday). Instead, it took WEEKS longer than promised. We kept calling for updates and were repeatedly told it would be done “the next day,” but the date kept getting pushed back. When it was finally ready, it wasn’t cleaned or properly prepared for pickup. But we took it as-is because my husband needed his truck for work. After getting it, we found that OVER 3,000 MILES had been put on the truck since the day we purchased it. The trailer brakes weren’t working properly and the thermostat wasn’t either. The salesman apologized and promised everything would be fixed, including items that should have already been addressed before delivery. When we finally had time to bring the truck in, the dealership refused to fix the issues they had promised to take care of. The lack of follow through on promises was appalling! DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! Very unethical!

I’ve had my truck serviced there for quite a while. Stone has always taken exceptional care of me, going above and beyond to do his best. That’s all I could ever ask for I appreciate the reliability and the trust. Taylor is another true asset and an exceptional member to the Young automotive group. His willingness to go above and beyond compares to no one. The mobile service team, (Aaron) very professional and efficient. I couldn’t be happier.

Hello. The service righter was nothing but awesome! And would definitely give her 10 stars 🌟! However the tech that looked at my truck did a quick condom on my motor asking for approximately $9000-$10,000 to replace a motor. I took my vehicle to a different shop third-party and the problem simply was a stuck valve on cylinder four. If he would've done a bleed down test, he would've identified that issue. The problem was rectified with a $25 bottle of sea foam. That is a huge difference between a $10,000 engine that Young Ford was trying to get me to buy versus a $25 bottle of sea foam. As a customer that only paid $6500 for a truck that was immediately asked to pay $10,000 for a motor that's very discouraging. This unfortunately has driven me to where I would never bring another vehicle into your shop again as you have lost the trust in a customer! I also would never recommend your shop and would most definitely tell potential customers that they should not trust your shop due to this is my experience. I too am also in the service industry. If I quick condemned such an expensive repair from lack of knowledge or pure laziness and not wanting to do a true diagnosis, which is what I was willing to pay there is obviously a major problem within your service department and should definitely be addressed with the mechanic and with management of the shop! I do commercial and industrial HVAC work and if I ever did what that mechanic did to me, I would definitely lose my job! So unfortunately, I will not fill out a survey because I cannot be true and honest and I do not want any derogatory remarks going towards the service writer but only the mechanics and management.

OMG! I have nothing but magnificent things to say about these gentlemen who work here! My husband and I were in a crash on 12/26 and took a total loss to our last vehicle. Due to bad credit, no money, and impossible situation on trying to get a car. These men made it happen. Kelton C and Kyle went out of there way to find me a vehicle and someone whom would finance now mind you I've always gone to the hole in the walls or somewhere that was a joke and always lost out in the end whether wrecked, can't afford the maintenance or what ever else. I worked with Kelton for 3 days plugging in numbers, finding the right fit, working on financing and a lot of back and forth. They had a vehicle that was selected that I could get financed for and it was way too small! Just didn't feel right and I just wasn't interested and started to get frustrated because I don't have the credit. For two days Kelton and Kyle searched and searched for a vehicle tailored to my needs and FINALLY found one searching all their inventory, brought from another car lot, calls and hard work it was done in a timely manner. I was so excited now I'm on my way to get it. Let's just say its not a quick process. After finally 4 hours later waiting for the bank, filing paper work, insurance, and all the extra that goes into buying a NEWER car off the car lot We FINALLY got to drive away with our DREAM car. Thank you so much Kelton C and Kyle(manager) for making it happen. Very honest, upfront, and went above and beyond more than I expected. Gave me a sense of security, reliability and felt that these men were humble, honest, navigators and awesome at what they do. Very transparent and upfront.Trevor was great too, He's the end man😉🩷 Thank you so so much I will continue to buy in the future. Highly recommend these gentlemen to get you a car. Our salesman Wes was very respectful, patient and helpful during the entire process starting from our very first visit. He is very knowledgeable about the different trucks and their features and took time to explain everything so clearly. What impressed my wife and I the most was the time Wes took after the sale to go over the features in the new truck we bought. It was incredibly helpful not to mention how impressed we were with him for doing that since the entire buying transaction was already completed.
