I went in looking to upgrade a radio in a jeep that didn't have Bluetooth. After talking to the salesman about the different options, I realized I didn't need a fancy touch screen type setup. No pressure of over accessorize the unit with options I didn't need and I left open the chance to add a rear view camera in the near future.

I spoke with someone about a bass knob for my amp and they were real short with me. It turns out that they didn't carry the brand I needed. I had never been to that store in my life and I guarantee I never will again. You could have the best stuff for the cheapest price, but if you don't treat your customers or potential customers with dignity and respect, you'll have none. You only got two stars because I didn't stick around long enough to hate it. So I only disliked it with two stars.

I had them install my double sub in my trunk a couple days ago but the bass kept cutting out so I took it back today, they took a look at it and found out the amp was overheating, they cut the power down and got it all fixed within an hour and didn’t charge for the return. My father agrees he got his speakers from them as well.

They fit me in on a Saturday. I thought I had a short in a speaker. Turns out my 22 year old speakers were just wearing out. But they also discovered that whoever installed my stereo (I can’t remember) used electrical tape instead of the proper connective pieces. They were super awesome, straight to the point, and we're very knowledgeable and helped me figure out which wires were the correct wires to connect to. they also gave me a fantastic deal on the aml and wires were on the house.
