I brought my 2009 F350 in for minor service, I asked your team to replace some burnt out light bulbs. Greg Spell was very courteous, and had my request fulfilled in a timely manner

I love the service that Westland Hyundai always provides! They are quick when you’re in a hurry and Chris is always there to explain when I have one of my many questions. lol

Always get my oil changes here. Seriously, the team is great, the sale people are not pushy, and when you are looking they don't become like vultures. Plus their reward program, awesome.

I absolutley love using Westland Hyundai service department. The best part about it is getting to seeJim. Nicest guy ever. I told my best friend about him and now she takes her Sonota there too. The second best is their prices! If you are getting your oil changed at one of those 'jiffy' places you are paying about 40% too much. Everyone always says "don't use the dealer, they charge to much." Well not this one. Westland Hyundai Rocks!

We wanted to thank you so much for your outstanding job on our new transmission in Ford Truck. I knew it was so expensive but it was a good deal. We were happy. All of the service are so friendly and the best.

Was charged $108 for diagnosis. THen they quoted $511!!! for part replacement (250+ labor). I knew the part was easy to remove (two bolts!!!!!) and found the part in town for $90. I also knew the part could be cleaned to restore function (EGR Valve). I went home pulled and cleaned the part and had the truck done and running well in 30 min. THis is not the only occasion i have experienced this with Westland. Each time I give them a try I say I won't be back. I WILL NOT RETURN!

Every time I go I always get great service. I'm not even really a car guy but they really explain everything in a simple way to help me understand how my car operates. They have always treated me right. The best service in town for any car issues or questions.

I didn't mind the actual car buying experience besides the fact it took forever for them to complete the paperwork, it was the aftermath that was terrible service. I didn't have my down payment with me at the time we bought the car, so I took it in later but the accounting office was closed (they close at 1 pm, I don't know how any full time working person is supposed to get there before they close and I start work before they open). They then took my payment the old fashioned way and wrote it down on an old receipt form. I then get a letter in the mail two weeks later saying I hadn't paid. So I call them up and they say, oh looks like we received your payment after the letter was sent. I paid two weeks before that letter was sent. Thank you for accusing me of something I clearly had not done. It was definitely your fault, take some responsibility. Then I waited a month for my plates to come in the mail only to have a letter come that told us to pick up the plates. I spent thousands of dollars on a car and you can't pay to mail me my license plates? I will never willingly go there again.

We leased a 2017 Escape from Westland the end of June. Salesman Ray Thompson was great to work with. Answered all our questions and provided good information. We feel like we got a fair deal on the price. Westland folks were great to help with Bluetooth set up and the Ford Pass app.

The guys in the service bay at Westland Ford are the best. They take care of anything that I ask. They call if there is an issue to speak with me about it. They go above and beyond to make sure my truck is up to date and stays in great shape. I trust these guys to do what is needed.

Pricing was spot on for labor only oil change. Jiffy Lube wanted twice as much and wanted more than an oil change with their oil. Brought in my own oil and filter since I live in an apartment complex so I was very happy with the price here.

I had an appointment to get some work done but Vanessa said they were over booked and couldn't honor my appointment, and then said it was my fault for scheduling an appointment on a Friday. Everyone else was good to work with though.

Customer service friendly, professional, and competent. Time to purchase new tires was efficient. Underestimated time to replace tires - but I did not have an appointment. Would recommend Quick Lane at Westland Ford to others.

I had an 11:00 am appointment for a oil change on a 2021 Explorer. That morning I asked if I could get in earlier and they said sure we’ll take care of you. I took it in in at 10:30 and they were still not done by 12:25 pm. What does Quick lane mean?!

The QuickLane service is great to work with. The rest of the service department is in need of improvement in their customer service. I made an appointment to have my rear shocks replaced according to their recommendations from my previous visit two weeks prior. The issue was already diagnosed, assessed, and quoted. When I showed up for the appointment, they had no idea what I was talking about. It took them all day to reassess the same issue from two weeks prior and then they quoted me 50% more than their original quote only to find out that they had to order in parts from Colorado. They were able to get the parts in the next day and get started on it, but not until later in the afternoon. They had my car a total of three days to fix something that could have been done in one. There is no sense in making an appointment. I prefer to have all maintenance done through Ford for this Expedition so that all of the parts are Ford parts. For my next service, I think I'm going to take it an extra 10 miles to the next closest Ford dealership (Ed Kenley) for better service.

Everytime I've ever tried to get an oil change here for company truck, I end up waiting for hours or can't get in at all. When I do get a change here, they commonly forget to fill windshield fluid and reset oil change reminder on vehicle. Good service is getting tougher to find.

This is my first time getting my truck serviced at Ford. I had a great experience overall. I will definitely be getting my truck serviced here again. Brooklyn was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole time my truck was being serviced. Enrique, who was one of my Quicklane technician, did an outstanding job. My truck was shaking badly when I was coming to a stop. Now it's a smooth stop. I got an oil change. My rotors, and breaks replaced. Even cleaned up my engine, which I was not expecting. Other places just leave it the same.

They offered to give me a $30 credit to comb back instead of going somewhere else. They send out mailers in the mail to get 17% off and a free tire rotation in the fine print it said not valid with any other offer. The way I see it is the $30 discount is a credit on my account and not an offer they would not allow me to use the coupon. I canceled the appointment and I'm going to find a place that is more cooperative and not big corporate. I love my Ford escape but I've had a few problems with the dealership. I'm not going to get into specifics, but big corporations are hard to deal with. They don't care about the individual they care about the bottom line.
