I’ve come here with three other vehicles for exhaust work. Every time has been smooth, no issues, clear communication, and great advice. You can tell he cares about his customers more than money. He has always made every effort to ensure a clean installation. I have no idea why people give him bad reviews, like the guy who said his exhaust system was an “easy bolt on.” Like dude, if it’s so easy then DO IT YOURSELF! And save your money, like the owner said! Just another example how he doesn’t care about the money, but the people. I work hard for my money and I know that every cent is put into hard work when I invest into this company. It’s a small business, no chains like Master Muffler. I’m pleased to know that my money is going into sprucing the place up, paying for new equipment, safety items, parts, heating, etc. I’ll always come here for my exhaust work because I know how much they care and how much they enjoy to see the smiles on our faces when we see the work they’ve done. Small businesses matter!

Guys were awesome, called and the owner picked up. Super friendly guy said they could do the custom exhaust work i wanted. Upon arrival met again with the owner who maintained a friendly and professional attitude. Gave me a quick quote that was a good price andhad me in n out in roughly 20-30 minutes.the work they did was good and ill definitely be returning for future projects.

The guys at Cocoletzi are professional, helpful and friendly. They put my car on the left for me, and ran the emissions test. I had just replaced the dead battery so I didn't pass emissions. The owner told me how to drive in order to reset all of my sensors. He went on to explain that he would not charge me to retest the car after I'd driven the pre described course. My car passed and I left with a handshake AND a recommended place in Ogden to get authentic Mexican food! 10 out of 10!!!

My go to guy for exhaust work, he goes above and beyond to do the job right. His custom work has Tight clean welds. Plenty of hangers, and he makes sure its all tight and secure. He also mentions others problems that he notices on things he didn't work on, that may or may not become a problem. He's very proud of what he does and deservedly so. Few people take pride in their work anymore. Now that he does emissions and renewals, I'll be going to him for that too!! I don't trust many shops to work on my vehicals, but I trust Lorenzo 👍🏻 Very friendly and excellent work!!

All I got to say is if you need exhaust/muffler work done go to alvarez mufflers, that dude was definitely fair with prices especially of the work I requested and was done in 35 min or so hes been doing work for over 15 years in that field from what we talked about. Went to this man for a quote. This is what I needed, a 3 foot piece of straight pipe to replace the muffler on my truck. He tried to charge me 260 for that 🤣 seriously that's it a 3' straight pipe to replace the muffler. Then he started questioning me if I knew how to weld that i could just do it myself cheaper with auto zone parts. I left there shot straight to alvarez for a quote. I won't say his price for business purposes but it was a very fair price he cut my muffler off got the piece it needed slightly bent the piece for fitting purposes welded it solid checked for holes and welded on the tabs it needs so the truck frame/bed could hold the weight of the replacement and was out of there in roughly 35 min. Anyways thats my experience do as you wish.

I was recommended to Cocoletzi Muffler Emissions,by another Auto service shop in Ogden, and can I just say how glad I am the other shop was to busy to get me in quickly (nothing against the other shop, they are great too). They were able to get me in"immediately". The service was amazing, and the owner right from the get go, treated me like a long time customer and old time friend, as he gave me a little bit of backstory of his shop, his services, and even shared a little about his personal life. I took my Toyota Camry this last Thursday and they were great! Kept making sure I was taken care of in the office showing me the type of oil and there weren’t any leaks after they finished and it probably took them 15 minutes to get it done! Very recommended if you need a good quick oil change or Emissions done check them out. You can even bring your own oil and filters or air filters and they will do it for you.
