This place price gouges for maintenance just as much as the dealership. They will charge you 2 hours of labor for jobs that you can DIY in only 1 hour. If you want to be ripped off you might as well go to the dealership.

Roger the mechanic is honest, reasonable, and an expert in his field. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to this place. My Volkswagen tiguan was experiencing hesitation . Roger repaired my vehicle and it's running in perfect condition with no hesitation. Patricia is the best as well. She is honest, understanding and works with you. She listens to you and helps you. GREAT LOCATION - AT THE BORDER OF MANHATTAN AND THE BRONX - a lot better than when they were in Midtown. I have been servicing my car here for years, and has no disappointments what so ever. They are very honest and would never pressure you in doing anything that's not necessary. The job is explained very well, you are given the opportunity to look at the car before repairs are made, and after when the new parts are installed. They give one to 2 years warranty on all parts and labor. I won't take my car any place else. An honest repair shop is difficult to find. It's well worth the trip to the Bronx.

If you own a Subaru, this is the place for your service needs. I arrived early morning at around 9:30am. and I was completely done by 3PM. I needed extensive work on my daughters car. All parts installed were brand new and my daughter said the car felt tight and responsive for the very first time. My car will only come here from now on. Very professional staff, and they know Subaru! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!
