I love this place! Been coming here for a few years now and I send my family and friends here as well. Specially for full detail work with Francisco. He has done all of our vehicles which include large SUVs, sedans, and luxury vehicles. They look better than new when we get them back at the end of the day. Quality is better than any other place we have been. All of the staff are hard working and extremely nice. Highly recommend!

This place used to be the best car wash around. The last two times was horrible. Paid for the Admiral, highest wash. First time my wheels were sprayed with something right over the dirt. They were a mess. Second time, right out of the wash, the rear quarter panel looked like it had when it went into the wash. I complained, a guy came over and quickly wiped the top of the front fender and door and then looked at me if it was okay. I had to point to the rear quarter panel before he wiped the dirt off, grinding the dirt into the painted finish. Not good.

Opted for detailing, when they were done they noted there were still bugs on grill and windshield so they took the extra time to put it through the wash and detail phase a second time at no cost to me. Great attention to detail and pride in ownership! Thanks!

I wish I can do below 1 star, this is horrible, I paid an extra $5 for super vacuum and I didn’t get it, the owners of this place are careless because I can see they never reply back to any of the reviews, this place used to be good over 10 years back, not anymore, now they over charge and don’t do a good job, I recommend for you to wash your car by hand and save your money, this place is a waste of money and time,

Paid $160 for interior detail , after 7 hours , I picked up my Toyota Corolla to still have dirt under the floor mats and under the seats . It seems they’re really good at putting an oily substance on every touchable surface without actually cleaning anything and putting an air freshener in the car.

I had been going here for many years. They're pricey, but they USED to do a stand-up job that earned them the price of their Top-Tier Level (Admiral VIP) carwash at $30+. Sadly, no longer. My last visit a few months ago was a subpar job that I had to point out surfaces missed in the interior cleaning--like crumbs and sticky spots on the seats that were clearly still visible after they had "finished", and today was just a disaster. As usual, I ordered the Admiral VIP carwash. The automatic wash is shotgun style with windows on the side so you can watch. Today, I felt like I had to RACE to keep up with the car moving through it. Was definitely faster than normal. On top of that, some of the brushes were either not rotating at all, or didn't touch the vehicle. So, not surprisingly, when the vehicle came out, it was still dirty. They have a crew work on the car after the automatic wash to dry it up and treat the interior. When they told me they were "finished," I had to point out the grill, all four rims, and the back door of the car, which were all still dirty. They did a quick and dirty wipe down of 2 of those areas, leaving a still dirty grill and still dirty rims. The manager explained to me that I had to pay $5 extra for the extra attention, which I was willing to do (but the Admiral level should have covered it), but he said I'll have to go through the carwash again and pay for the Admiral car wash AGAIN PLUS the extra $5. Are you kidding me??? To top it all off, at the cleaning dock they have their employees eating lunch on some dog-chewed table on its last legs right next to carboys that contained or used to contain carwashing chemicals. All in all, this has now turned into a business owned by a greedy business owner that's trying to squeeze as much profit out of it by skimping on services, speeding up his automatic carwash, and treating his employees like sub-humans. Thumbs DOWN.

Not Happy. I spent $28 on VIP car wash because it states on their sign they double vaccum the interior and my car needed double vaccum with the snow storms we had recently. The carpet on the side of my car door evidently wasn't vacuumed at all (let alone double vaccum and when I left the car wash I thought my side window was fogging up so i put on the defrost which didn't do anything and then I realized that whatever dirty ,nasty cloth they used to wipe down the other car they used on my car and not only did I have to take clean cloth and try to wipe it clean ,but along with it came all this dirt on the cloth. So disappointed and a waste of my money.

This place has really fallen backwards..I just paid $32 for the Captain which is $34 with tax.They hardly vacuumed the car and the speed which they ran the car through the car wash is too fast,it doesn't get the wheels and other gritty places good when it goes through that fast. There was no reason to run it that fast, when I got there there was no cars in line and all the employees were sitting on chairs.You don't even get an air freshener for spending $34. Like the old saying goes if you want something done right you have to do it yourself. With all the new car washes opening up in this town that will be the last time I go here.

Absolutely disgusting. My car was better before the "car wash". They hardly vacuumed, only wiped the front dash. The person who sat in my car must have urinated themselves. My driver seat reeks of pee. On the outside, the bottom trim and about halfway up the car (all around) looks like water was just barely sprayed. The same dirt on the car from before "the wash" is still there. For $35, they should be ashamed.

For the price, a full detail is easy to book & convenient if you work close to the naval base. The interior was a little lack luster but in fairness, my car needed a lot of cleanup work =)

For about 30 bucks you can have your car detailed as good as you would probably do it lol. They offer full detailing services as well, but I always use the admiral package and get my car cleaned inside and out quickly. It's the best for FAST and super cost friendly service for the whole vehicle🙏

There is a reason this place is so busy. You basically get a mini detail for under $40 including tip and a free air freshener. Don't let the long lines fool you, they do move quickly. However, if opting to get the Admiral+Hand Wax combo (which I recommend) the wait can be a bit longer. TIP THESE GUYS/GIRLS there are no reasons no to. If you notice something was overlooked/missed/rushed just say something politely

I very rarely write 1-star reviews, but this situation warranted one. My car had a lot of dead bugs on it from a road trip, and needed a good cleaning. The inside was also pretty dirty, food crumbs etc. so I liked the idea of having the inside vacuumed as well. When I rolled up I was very surprised by how expensive the washes were. I’m used to a standard tunnel car wash being around $10-$15... their cheapest car wash was $18. That immediately turned me off, but there aren’t many options around here. The guy really pushed the VIP car wash on me (their most expensive option) and said they would get my car super clean, and make sure all the bug guts were washed off. He was very insistent. Reluctantly, I agreed, I just wanted my car to look good, and I didn’t have the means to clean it myself. It was $30 for the VIP car wash... $30!!! I was expecting them to take more time with my car than the others, but they did not. They rushed through it, and did a sloppy job. Leaving water all over my floor mats, and missed some super easy to clean spots. I was very upset, but more upset that I could still see bug guts on my windshield and grill. I walked back into the office and told the lady I was not happy with the cleaning, and that I paid extra for the VIP because the guy said he would make sure they got all the bug guts off. She looked at me and said, “oh no, that’s $5 extra” I couldn’t believe it. She would not back down. Insisted that the VIP package wouldn’t cover the bug splatters, even though the guy sold me on it. I stormed off and cleaned them at home with a rag instead. Do NOT give these people your business, go somewhere else or do it yourself.

Don't bother coming here for a detail. We paid $265 for an outback. The condition of our car was not terrible, but the work that they did would constitute a normal wash and shine, not a detail. They left a lot of debris in the trunk that could have been brushed off, and hand paint that could've been removed. They also left a french fry in the front seat crevice. The exterior looked great. Nice and shiny. But they are truly lacking in the "detail" portion of the work.

Since I just publish a medium review for the new flash wash down the street, it's only fair that I give these guys a great review. They pay attention to detail your car always comes out clean. If I was to critique it at all, the inside of the waiting area smells like dirty gym socks most of the time and if the line is long, it may take a bit - that's because the take the time to do it right.

Be warned!!! I Paid $265.00 for a full detail and was somewhat satisfied until I had to adjust my vents a couple of days after and the handles fell off into my hands! They strategically placed the pieces in place so it couldn't be noticed until I had to adjust them; I contacted the guy who actually worked on the detail and he denied that he broke the vents in my 2024 car! After several unsuccessful attempts to get in contact with the owner/manager I placed a complaint with the BBB with no response from the owner. So the price of 265.00 cost 💲 me way more because they haven't & refused to fix! They refuse to acknowledge that they are responsible for breaking my vents... don't trust your vehicle with their detailing they suck and not worth the headache certainly not honest! Don't use this place!!

Got the Admiral package- worth every penny! I was weary at first because of previous reviews but i’m so glad I gave them a shot. The staff is so kind, they did a fantastic job on my car it looks great. Definitely recommend, and will be back!
