Worst car wash there is. No pressure. Soap sucks. Cash only. No ATM. COULD BARLEY WASH THE “SOAP” off my car. Not even quarters. NEVER coming back again

Good prices, speedy service and a nice little waiting area. Was able to watch our car get cleaned with my 18 month old son. He had a blast watching all the gozmoes and gadgets going on. The vacumes outside are also a great help for self cleaning given the chance.

This is my second time here and my car is still Dirty. There’s still dirt on carpet and they didn’t vacuum the trunk after I asked them if they could. I have a station wagon so it’s super easy to access the trunk to clean it. So if they didn’t vacuum it I’m sure they didn’t clean the back window from inside. I honestly could’ve done a better job by myself. If you’re gonna go there, stay with your car to make sure everything is done well. It’s very affordable. But for what I got, I overpaid.

Every time i go here i have to ask them to clean my rims again and then have to do them myself. And i have to wet a towel and go over my entire car again because they dont care and it shows. If you complain the manager doesnt care. Hes not running it through again. Its too bad, they lose a ton of business. I get a better wash at the gas stations car wshes

The staff is extremely friendly, however compared to other car wash services they do the bare minimum. I went there a few times hoping for a better outcome. Your dashboard and cup holders are never wiped down. Just vacuumed.

I'm editing my review from a two star to a one-star rating of this business today is June 21st 2022 12:00 noon time I just went in there for a platinum wash and just because my car is really clean that doesn't mean you don't have to vacuum it I'm really disappointed because my car was not vacuumed. The guys pulling the cars in don't care much about the business. I'm now about to clean my floor mats seeing as they were just rinsed off and dried they have to be washed properly they're dirty. The guy with the white hair that always dries off cars he is A+though he has been perfect since I first started going to that car wash.

I have been coming here for years and the great crew along with the hard work they put in,I have never felt the need to go elsewhere. They have cleaned inside and outside of quit a few of my cars over the years....wether I had two babies,or two teenagers my car was pretty tragic-until they finished! Thanks for being my little bit of sanity over the years:) I would drive a way with a smile 😊 as I still do today without fail! Keep up the good work!

Today was my first time going here and my car hasn't been this clean since I bought it.The workers are very nice and they do a good job. One of the young men found a $10.00 bill under the seat. He was honest enough to bring it to me. You don't see that so much these days!

For $21, my car shines every time! They vacuum, wipe down the interior, and then it goes through the wash. Comes out clean. Great place to get your wash. But there’s always others with different opinions.

I gave this car wash one-star because they wouldn't allow me to put anything less worst place ever. I got the top-of-the-line car wash for $25 it definitely wasn't worth $10 first off I see the gentleman doing everybody's tires that was coming out of the wash he didn't do mine! I wasn't going to say anything until I got in the car and seen part of the dashboard was not even touched. I finally had to speak up when I I noticed that they didn't even touch the console. I I then confronted the gentleman and he told me if I did not like it to go to Sonny's at the Westgate Mall. So him and I got into a pretty good argument. Believe me I wasn't expecting to get a detail but I was definitely expected to get a car wash and he did not even do the windows on the inside he told me that he was told not to do the inside of the glass. This place is a complete joke do not go here worst experience ever!!!!!! Not to mention when I told the guy to do all the glass he did one door in the rear of the car and slammed my door!!!!!!! If you do not like your job it might be time to get a new one!!!!!

I am in town visiting family but my rental car was filthy so I went ahead and sprung for a wash. The Suds car wash was so nice! It doesn't look like much but the staff does an amazing job! I just used the self drive because I didn't need the car to be vacuumed. But when I came out, they towel dried it so well and took their time. The car is great now and will get me through the rest of my trip!

Perfect. For $13 they give extra attention. They’ll vacuum out your car, you drive through the car wash they hand spray and use the brush BEFORE you go the the car wash and on the way out the automatic dryers come on and they still hand towel dry. Definitely best car wash I’ve been to. Worth your money.

There power washer is broken. Lost power half way tho .then had to buy another car wash .so you own me 10 bucks because that's expensive for a piece of shirt car wash. And it left white spots all over my car needs to washed again don't not come here

I’ve been going to this car wash for over 30 years and at the end I always put cash in the tip box for the guys . These days I still travel to go there even tho I live further away . The price has gone way up over the years but the platinum package is like a mini detail and they’ve always done a great job so I could justify the cost . However they are skipping steps that are suppose to be included in the package . For example the other day after I drove off I noticed they did not wipe or use Amoral on my dash and console which is included in the platinum (aka Dash Shine .) The other issue is you have to stay and watch your car as it’s being washed because some of the included products aren’t being used and you can tell if the lights go on or not . Another customer warned me about this and it’s happened to me twice . The under carriage and wax lights never came on. Id buy a cheaper package if I didn’t want to pay for those options . Also the guy who takes your money can get argumentative (like another reviewer pointed out) when you bring this issues to his attention . He told me this is just a quick car wash not a full one and I said I expect to get what’s on the menu for the exact wash I selected and paid for . They were going to skip the tire shine too until I spoke up . I have a compact SUV, the back is spotless and I don’t have them do the truck area , so they had plenty of time to work on the front . Also they weren’t busy , so what’s the rush , only one car before me and none in back of me . The guy with the white hair who towel dries is great and has been there since back in the 80s when I first started going there , he always does a good job . Kinda depressing driving off with a dusty dash and console that weren’t even wiped down , now I have to do it . In fact during my conversation with the argumentative guy he mentioned they do the dash . Buyer beware they will take your money and cheat you !
