Bought a new car. Today. It was fully checked out from the dealer I purchased it at. In addition, I had the manufacturing dealer do a full pre purchase inspection. Today. Purchased the car after it got a full check up from two dealers. Thirty minutes after I purchased the car, I went to get it washed. The grill insert was ripped off. I found it next to the exit door. Walked back to the office where the owner explained the factory installed grill that had been inspected by two dealers that day must have been defective. It’s apparently my problem that their equipment destroys OEM factory installed equipment. I have the inspection reports from the manufacturing dealer for proof if anyone would like to see. Please feel free to reach out.

Good prices which is why we always go here. Bring your towels because your car will still be dripping after of course. If the employees who work here put some more effort into scrubbing then it'd be a 5 stars but dirt was left on my back window and other places which I know could come off with some effort.

Staff is always friendly and give great customer service. Ive had stellar experience w customer support. Gives a great wash and the extras like towels, dash wipes, water bottle, and air freshener are a great added touch. 1 thing that would improve the experience is having a sink available so that we could have the ability to more fully clean /wipe down the inside of the car.

Hands down best car wash I've been to last summer the workers were pretty good but this year the workers are even better referring to the pre-wash before you go through the main wash I have to say I drive an older vehicle and I've never seen the chrome so shiny and how well the car came out after the car wash The thing I can't rant and rave enough about is that there is trash cans to clean your car out and free vacuums to vacuum out your car or truck whoever owns this place I appreciate you and thank you so much for free vacuums That's a big deal nowadays and if you look at it over time it saves customers a lot of money on vacuums. I believe the way this car wash is ran and operated is top-notch and bend organ should be proud to have this company in its city well done to the owner.

On April 3 2025 I went through the car wash on my membership. My car was scratched from front to back all the way down both sides. My rear window glass sustained verticle scratches. I spoke with the owner Jordan. I also went to a body shop and detail shop both validated that the scratches were unarguably caused by a car wash, this is the only wash my car had been through. Jordan provided a video showing my car going through, which showed the brushes contacting my car prior to any liquid. I asked him if I could see the last two washes as well, he refused. He then blocked my access to the video. He offered me $75 for the repairs which have been estimated over $1600. Jordan is a very dishonest individual, be cautious of using this wash as it will bite you in the butt as the owner lacks integrity. I find it interesting when someone takes the time to leave an accurate review of their experience the current owner claims they are lying. I ran a successful business for years and this guys business practices depict a spoon fed millennial. His sign claims to not be responsible to damage to vehicles that are older than mine, unfortunately Jordan does not take responsibility for any damage his equipment causes. Shady owner, short lived business. The money he gave me might be best spent in small claims.

Let me start this by saying this is hands down the best car wash in town. They’ve got the spinning side brushes that really get the dirt and dust from our forest roads off then they add in those “baleen” swipies from above to get the pollen and sap from the crap ton of maples and oaks scattered around town. (Note: they can’t get the pondo pitch off, but nothing can, that stuff is relentless) Then they’ve got microfiber towels available for you wipe the door jams down and FREE vacuums to get all the nitty gritties out as well as the hair glitter left from your pooch. I have to park under trees at work and home so I broke down and got an unlimited wash plan, and I’ve never been so happy with a purchase. Everyone is super nice here AND they always offer me a dash wipe or a water when I pull in. Wash your car here and you won’t be disappointed.

Little disappointed this time on the Grand wash. Been coming here for almost 20 years but today they were not very busy and missed doing the initial wipe on the driver window and after looking at the windshield also there were a number of spots where the bugs were still evident. Seemed to be in big hurry on initial brush down even though there were no cars in line behind us.

I have been a client at another BIG auto carwash in town for 9 years… I can tell you this: THEY SUCK! After 9 years and paying $30+/mox3cars, I can also tell you that they do not care at all about their customers. They are a greedy filthy terrible place. Constant turnover, damages your car, inconsistent washes, 90% dirty outside when done, and if you bring it ask to the attention of the Manager or write them online, there is literally ZERO response. That said, I started using Sushine, not because they were local an family owned… I was VERY skeptical about that… However, every time that I have tried them the washes were SPOTLESS and perfect and my cars (many) have never looked so good. I cannot believe that I put up with ST (sucktoads) for so many years, but I thought that I had no other option… THANK YOU, Sudshine, for integrity, quality, and being an AMAZING part of our community. <3
