I was referred to Sullys by my friend’s dad so I figured I would give it a shot. I went in to have my car checked out by Steven to see what was wrong with it. While I was waiting, a woman came in the waiting room and asked me if I would like an iced coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts. Me acting surprised,I was like wow that is so nice of you! After she came back, I then found out she was part Owner And her name was Lori, I told her anyone that buys me an ice coffee like that deserves my business. After Steven looked at my car, he told me I needed shocks and struts and a new rack and pinion, Steven went out of his way to find the parts at an affordable price that I could afford. I came back a couple days later to get the car fixed and he had told me that he found a part that was $400 cheaper. I couldn’t believe it!! One week later after the car was fixed I received a Voicemail from Steven Asking if my car was running OK. My thought was wow that was so nice of him. A couple weeks later I Popped into Sully’s to tell him I’m getting A cracking noise in my car And if he could check it out. Right on the spot, he took it for a ride, he told me it was a belt and I needed two engine mounts. I told him that it is both my daughter‘s birthday in two days and We were going to Six Flags he told me That the car was not safe to drive all that way. He told me he can do it Tomorrow. Now I heard him tell the lady in front of me that he couldn’t do her car until Tuesday. Steven knew I was crunched for time and he squeezed me in. That goes a long way with me. Steven is a Honest guy. Excellent customer service skills, and an Unbelievable mechanic. I will recommend Sully’s To everyone I know.

A+++ The reviews say it all!! I heard from someone that this was the place to take your car. After reading through the reviews, I thought if I could get half the results others had had I’d be in great shape! My transmission started leaking over the long Columbus Day weekend, so I called them first thing in the morning that Tuesday after when they opened. I was greeted by Lori who was super kind and helpful. After some discussion she brief hold to go confer with Steve. Then Steve got on the call to get some more information and get an idea of the issue at hand. I had AAA tow the car and within an hour Steve had already called me with a diagnosis and quote! The car was repaired and ready by the end of the day at a super fair and honest price! I now recommend Sully’s to everyone! It’s awesome to find a place you can feel confident knowing that you and your vehicle are being taken care of with integrity. We live in Rhode Island people. We all “know a guy”. I hope Steve is the one your speaking of💪

Have been coming to Sully's for the last few years, Steve has always been more than fair with his pricing and super reliable. The first time I came in I was having issues with my Toyota siennas back door not closing, the project was more complicated to fix than originaly anticipated and he was in contact with me the whole time. And he completed it on time within budget. I have been going to him ever since. I recommend him to everyone in my circle.

I was recommended by my greenwood neighbor to use Sully I went in and received a quote from Steve and brought it back in. he repaired it made friend s with Laurie who was great service and help had a few cookies paid the bill which was the same as quoted :) and out the door..... Never felt more compelled to leave a review than the one I am leaving now. I was driving back from cape cod and my VW started over heating. At 430pm. Everything is starting to close down and I call the owner where he tells me it’s late, but if I can come soon he can take a look at it. I take my time because I have no choice as the car overheats every quarter mile. Nevertheless I make it there and he jumps on it as soon as he cans. He found out there a piece that broke off from the coolant or water heater and was losing all my coolant. And OfCourse at this time all the shops were closed. The owner saw I was upset as I had my family with me and needed to get home which was two hours away. He asked me to give him a minute as he tries to bypass the problem that was wrong. 20 mins later he asked me to start the car and to my surprise the car was not overheating. He told me I should be good to go and to take a break after a hour of driving then continue home after that. By the grace if god and the owner of Sully’s my family and I made it home safe without the car over heating. I’m leaving this review to show the owner of Sully is fair , thinks on his feet, and extremely knowledgeable. And ontop of that he didn’t charge me. If I can leave 10 stars I would. This guy is the man !! If you’re in the area and have problems definitely stop by. He will take good care of you.

Sully's is my auto care shop forever now...and I will recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation. The service is incredible starting with Lori who runs the business end of Sully's to the mechanics Steve and Bruce. We gave them a call when Firestone Warwick failed my Jeep at inspection and wanted a good deal of money to repair one part on the drivers side rear brake in order to pass inspection . I hadn't been happy with Firestone the last time we were there so I decided to not give them any more business and to take the Jeep elsewhere. I had heard about Sully's being extremely honest and reasonable. They were that and more...They replaced the entire rear brake system as that is what was needed (not before calling me , having me go by to show me exactly what was needed and why) to include the calipers, and the price was beyond reasonable....I will never take our cars elsewhere. Thank you Lori, Steve & Bruce...we appreciate it!!!!!!!!!!

Called pretty late in the day and got to come in for a no-start issue to be checked out on my car. Lori was the kind woman behind the counter who greeted me and promptly got one of the guys, Steve, to help me out and see what was going on. Low and behold a battery issue. I was in and out in 15 minutes, with a newly installed battery, and a car that starts. Will be coming back, both to Sully’s and to Lori’s son’s business—Second Chance Welding (for some future frame work I need; talk about two birds one stone.) Thanks to everyone at Sully’s, you guys rock and I’m sure I’ll be back sooner than I think! 🤣🎉

Sully is a great mechanic. He can fix anything. He tells you the price and he's very, very, fast! Lori does the appointments and does a fine job. Bruce is the other mechanic. They are both very friendly and helpful. They go out of your way for you. It is a great place to go and the prices are very good and the job is always done RIGHT!
