I had an motor issue approximately 10 miles from the shop. The owner drove to my location, attempted to fix the problem, then had it towed back to the shop where it was fixed promptly. The staff responded quickly and was very friendly. They offered to assist to transport me home if I couldn't get a ride.

These guys are awesome! Thought I had transmission problems. They took the car all day and worked to see what was wrong. Come to find out the tires were off balance. They only charged me $30! Amazing people.

I had an unusual problem with my 2019 RAM and took it to Kernersville Dodge, only to be told "this is bad - it'll likely cost thousands". I grabbed my keys, left and took a chance on Summit and wow am I glad I did. Chad and his team were fast, professional, and took care of my issue for a fraction of what the dealer estimated. I'll be bringing all of my vehicles to Summit going forward. Thanks guys! A+

After being charged 800.00 for a diagnosis at Summit Automotive for a alternate drainage ( sent there by a recommendation by a mechanic at Mavis in Walkertown NC ) I was told that they couldn't find the drainage but happily placed a toggle switch to my alternator which prevents a cure, but at least keeps me working by having a 125.00 toggle switch placed instead of a actual fix. They could have at least done the toggle switch as part of t800.00 payment for not fixing the problem. Really unsatisfied with the service. But, Chad was polite. Kosta Maurakis

Very friendly family owned business. I been taking both of my cars here since I've moved into the area a little over a year ago. This one specific time I had my 4 year old with me and the work that had to be done to my truck was going to take longer then expected. So they offered to take us home and picked me up once my truck was ready. I would rate there customers service A 💯!👏

Great company to work with. They communicated greatly on the order of the driveshaft and the completion of the installation. They did a lot more than of shops that I've went to that only took down information and not hearing back from them. It was a long two weeks, but it was not their fault, it was due to the manufacture. I normally will try to fix my car myself with my dad. It’s something that we both do together and I love it. However this time I couldn’t and I was so nervous and scared that I would have to take it into a shop. I’m always so weary just because I had one bad experience years ago. I went to different businesses who all told me they were busy and didn’t have time - which I understand and I appreciate. I stumbled upon Summit Automotive, because my aunts best friend just had work done on her car and she raved about them! When I initially walked in I saw a recliner and I am a person that will make herself at home! And so I did! I was greeted with a huge smile and that alone made me feel so comfortable. He explained to me that they wouldn’t be able to look at my car until Wednesday or Thursday. And I was a little sad because I just like a lot of people wanted it done that day (it was a Monday or Tuesday I can’t remember). We were called to get snow on Wednesday (yesterday) and he said that if it snowed he will not have the guys travel to come to work. Talk about my respect meter hitting 100%. I’m so glad I decided to wait to bring my car in. I am proud to say that I now refuse to work on my own car and will just be bringing it here! 100% recommend bringing your car here :)
