I had a great experience. There was something really unusual wrong with my car. My warranty had even expired, but thanks to the guys at El Cajon Subaru. I got it repaired. It took a little bit, but they were on top of it and let me know every step of the way where we were at and it turned out really well for me because I didn’t have a big giant bill. I have always had my car service there. I’m on my second Subaru and I’m always gonna go back to them. Good job Elcon Subaru.

The prices for some specific repairs are quite unreasonable compared to other body shops but Luis helped me figure out which ones were the highest priority and he was very transparent about costs and broke it down clearly. I bought a used truck here two weeks over two weeks ago. Had terrible shaking with the steering wheel and I called them they had it towed back to them to get repaired. I’ve had to call every single day to get an update on the status and keep getting told it will be just one more day and keep getting told they will call me tomorrow. Well no one calls and follows up unless you call them wait on hold and keep calling. Definitely would recommend to stay away from here.

Went in for an old change. I had an appointment so got seen right away. The whole thing only took about 40 min. The staff is very friendly and made sure I knew what was going on. The text updates to show progress and alert any issues was really cool. All in all not bad at all I was in and out pretty quick.

This is the second time bringing my car to this establishment and it's 2 out of 2 for excellent and professional service. Adan truly cares about his customers and makes sure they get nothing but the best. Prices are very reasonable but above all they provide quick and reliable service. In my last visit, I had a mechanical issue that I wanted them to look into. I generally had an idea what it was and the team diagnosed it quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote. Since the fix took a day, they provided me with a temporary replacement car. Providing shuttles so I don't have to lose a day's work is an added bonus. I will definitely keep bringing my car here.

brought my car in for an oil change and was expecting to be greeted when I arrived, but I had to walk into the office to check in myself. Once I entered, the staff were very friendly and helpful. My car ended up staying at the dealership for two days due to an oil leak so the mechanic could properly complete the repairs. They provided me with a rental car during that time. Luis was the gentleman who was helping me with my car, and I have to say he was fantastic. I’ve gotten to this specific Subaru to do all my maintenance since the day we bought our Subaru all the way back in 2014 and every-time the team just does amazing work. Luis took the time to see where he can find me a discount and was able to locate a loaner car and I was in and out in minutes.
