I have been doing business with Sun Shield in Warner Robins Ga since 1995. I drove from my former home in Americus Ga all the way to Warner Robins Ga during the 1990’s to have them tint several different vehicles that I owned. Bryan and his recently retired father (Mr. Jimmy) have always been a pleasure to do business with. Since moving to Houston County almost 20 years ago, I have taken many of my personal vehicles to Sun Shield to have my windows tinted. I have owned several of my vehicles past the 18 year and above mark. Sun Shield offers a lifetime warranty on their tint, and I am here to tell you that they stand behind their lifetime warranty and their work. I have used Sun Shield for all my window tinting needs for almost 30 years. I am very thankful for Bryan and all the work he and his co-workers have done for me over the years. I am happy to say that I am a very satisfied customer!

I had my windows tinted here, and I’ve been very pleased with the results. I feel it makes my car look better while helping block a bit more sun, keeping my car cooler. First impression was great. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. However when i got my vehicle back, It was pretty much the worst tint job I have ever seen. Passenger side window tint was cut too short on the bottom. Approximately 1/8 inch of daylight shining in along the lower window seal, not to mention other issues with the tint. I took it back to show the owner and he sent one of his workers out to look at it... He didn't even take the time to come out and look at it. I made another appointment for them to redo everything. 2 days later, Dropped it off to be redone. With them now waisting my time for a re tint because they couldn't get it right the first time there was never an "I'm sorry" or any type of refund offered. After picking it up and looking it over at home. I noticed a deep scratch in the tint on the drivers side... They just can't seem to get it right. It goes without saying, I do not recommend them and encourage others to find someone else.

I got the windows tinted on my Merc Grand Marquis here and the family owners were just a joy to be around. Fair price, and the job is the best I've ever seen...on ANY vehicle. It's been over 5 yrs since mine was tinted and not a single bubble or peel. I get compliments all the time on my car and ppl asking where it was done. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Work Done: Front Two Windows and Top Visor The tint job was good but the customer service lacked greatly. When I walked in the gentleman at the front desk barely made eye contact with me. Made me feel like I had to look like him with regards to skin color to get treated differently. I was told to drop my car off at between 8 and 9 the day earlier. I showed up at 8:45 AM and that same gentlemen could give me no estimate on how long it would take for my car to be finished, but said he would call me when my car was done. 330 PM came around and still no call. I called them to check the status of the vehicle and they said, “Yup it’s done!”. I was puzzled, thinking, “At what point were you going to call me to let me know it was done?!”. When I arrived a different gentlemen handed me the keys, and sent me on my way, but the tint on passenger and driver windows still had bubbles in it, so after paying $140 I walked back in to let them know. I was *then* informed that that was “normal” (even though my front visor had no bubbles) and that they would eventually go away, AND that I had a lifetime warranty on the tint. Why wouldn’t you inform me of that initially? If I was running a tint shop that would be the first thing out of my mouth. Kind of like, he ma’am/sir, this tint has a lifetime guarantee on it, but due to the process by which we apply this tint, there may be some bubbles in the tint for a few days. My experience with this tint shop was lacking on the customer service side and i will be taking my other vehicles elsewhere. I will also advise others not to come here and to maybe take their money somewhere else. **Still waiting to see if the bubbles dissipate fully. Will edit post in the coming days to confirm**

I had my windows tinted at Sun Shield, they were very professional, and made me feel like my business was appreciated. I am very pleased with the job they did, and I am admittedly very picky. While we were discussing my options the owner actually tried to "down sell" me, he suggested that performance of ceramic tint versus standard tint at 20% and below was not great enough to justify the cost difference, in his opinion. How often do you find a business willing to loose money to give an honest opinion? I had my mind made up on getting the ceramic however, and he was of course willing to do whatever I wanted. I like that they offer a lifetime workmanship warranty, and have been in business over 20 years. I could not be more satisfied, unless they came to my house, and did it for free. Seriously I have no hesitation in recommending them, and will use them again when I need tinting done in the future.

Dec 28.23 I brought my vehicle here to be stripped of old tint and have new tint installed. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am and went on to work. I was very excited to see my car. I get a call around 11am to find out they have broken my windshield. I was very upset by this and had high expectations for this place. They told me they can have my windshield replaced the next day, so I let them keep my car. Got another call the next day to be told they didn't have enough time to replace it because their glass guy didn't get there early enough, so I'm like okay another let down. They had my vehicle for three days. I get accidents happen but overall the experience was very bad for me. They were apologetic and the tint looks good. Infiniti G37 coupe

I had the front windows of my Colorado tinted at Sun Shield in March (and meant to post this in March). The final tint on my truck is outstanding! I am 100% satisfied with the work. Sun Shield was recommended by an employee at Automotion, but I still checked on price and reviews. Their price and reviews are comparable to the other local tint places.I made my decision after actually speaking to Brian. He was polite and friendly and assured me he guarantees their work. I am glad I took my truck here and will bring future vehicles here. Everyone at Sun Shield is polite, friendly, and seems to really care about customer satisfaction. This is reinforced by the fact that they stand behind their work. Absolutely deserving of the 5 stars! I wanted to update review: It is May 2024 and the tinted windows are still perfect! The guys at the shop are friendly and professional. Did an excellent job tinting my truck windows today. Truck looks awesome and it rides much cooler now with the windows tinted. They were recommended to me by the dealer who sold me the truck and H&H Truck and Outdoor. Definitely happy. Highly recommend if you're in the market for window tinting for your car. Called a couple of times to ask questions/change appointments and they answered all my questions and dealt with my issues with no problem! We made an appointment for 8, got our vehicle in by 8:15, got the two front door windows done and had us out by 8:50. Fast/friendly service, great price and it looks great!
