I have tried to call this service center multiple times. Every time I call I get advertisements on the phone that transfer me to the medical alert center and DirecTV. I don't know if this is actually Ford doing this or if someone hacked this and changed the number but I'm not taking my cars in for service here if they can't even keep their phone lines open. Would give zero stars if I was able to.

You have a better chance of getting one of Joe Biden's dead voters on the phone than someone in service or parts, even your own advisor most days. Try 6+ times any day and usually still no luck, lilttle ridiculous on the customer service side. Any questions updates you need, pretty much have to go in person for a chance at actually speaking with someone ever. Can't blame them on back order parts but even getting an update on them after weeks is a struggle

Dropped my car off Monday at 10am, was told by stuart weinstock, it's the next car to go on the lift. At 5 pm i hadn't heard anything all day, i left a message to get back to me. Next day called at 11am, Stuart said he wasn't at his desk and that he would call me back as soon as he could. Three hours later i called again, and he said that they haven't gotten to it yet, with a bunch of excuses. I just told him to put the car aside and i would pick it up tomorrow. He asked if i wanted it to be diagnosed, and i told him no, why pay to have it diagnosed, when I'm just going to pay at the next garage to have it diagnosed. Poor customer service, i shouldn't have to keep calling you for updates, you should take 2 mins and return my calls.

BUYER BEWARE! SCAM ALERT! We had our vehicle professionally diagnosed by a trusted local mechanic and he found that the part and repair necessary had to be done by the dealer. We brought the vehicle along with our diagnosis from our local trusted mechanic to the dealership and requested that they perform the repair that was recommended by our mechanic. Rather than perform that repair, they decided to replace some other parts instead and delivered the vehicle back to us with the original problem still very blatantly unfixed. Upon picking the vehicle up for repair we didn't even make it out of the parking lot before noticing that the steering wheel was still incredibly loose and shaky which means they never test drove it after doing the repairs we didn't ask for. They then rediagnosed the vehicle to determine that as a matter of fact our mechanic was correct and they then performed the repairs we had originally requested, and the crazy part is they would not release the vehicle and held it hostage until we paid for their mistaken diagnosis and unnecessary parts replacement. It's obvious that this industry is hurting for money but this isn't the way they should get it.

Fred was my service advisor. First he put my appointment down under Safelite because the last time I was in it was because of a problem with them. I asked him on the phone to fix it. He didn’t so he couldn’t find my appointment when I got there. Then after I told him my phone number 4 times and wrote it down he still had it wrong. The guy who was suppose to drive me home couldn’t find me (I was outside the lounge door) so they didn’t try to contact me and there I sat for over an hour. Then he tried to call to tell me what was wrong with my car but called the wrong number. I called him at the end of the day. A part needed to be ordered and it would be in on Wed and he would call me. My car was drivable so I needed it for appointments the next day. He gave the car back to me without putting the door handle back together so I had to climb through the passenger side to not only unlock the door but push it hard enough to open it. I told Fred before I left that I had a bad ankle and showed him the boot I am wearing and told him I can’t do what I ended up needing to do. He said it was ok I wouldn’t have to do that. I didn’t realize it was still so apart that the door handle was unuseable. Wed came and no phone call. I called him Thursday at 10am and of course he was just about to call me. Took the car in. They “fixed” it. Went to get in the car after paying and the alarm is going off. Used the keypad to get in the car and the damn thing still didn’t unlock. Wouldn’t you check to make sure the thing you were suppose to fix actually got fixed??? In the end they fixed it. I have only driven Fords my whole life and I am 51. I have considered switching to another brand because of poor customer service in the service department. Well, Ford, you lost a customer.

This place is a complete joke too bad i cant give 0 stars. They have had my boyfriends truck since May its now August and they still have. They never return any of our phone calls. My boyfriend actually went down there in person after finally being told to come in Monday so & so will be in and able to discuss his truck. Welp when he got there he was told no one could talk to him cause they were in meetings. He demanded they call him back and guess what no call backs. Horrible customer service. So sad.

Body shop at Sunrise is excellent. Had two jobs done here and both were top shelf and done in a timely fashion. My relationship with service has been mixed but work has been properly done. Sunrise is a landmark dealership and although I have decades in business I've never sold cars for a living nor managed thru a pandemic. I'm sure it's been a challenge. Buying a car has always been a significant financial commitment and every step in the process both before and after the sale has always mattered to me. I want to be proud of where I choose to do business. That's old school, but I'm an old guy so what would you expect.

I recently took my Ford Expedition into the service department to have it thoroughly checked over for an upcoming trip. Dan, the service representative, was polite and efficient even making sure I had a clean car in which to travel. Previously I had visited the Parts Dept to have batteries replaced in my key fobs and also found thus gentleman to be informative and efficient. Kudos to these folks.

I bought my Edge in 2018. Have only had excellent experiences and exceptional customer service. Most recently obtaining my extended warranty because I wouldn’t go anywhere else for service. Raul Cabrera provided detailed information and provided a coverage to fit my needs. Thank you so much for maintaining your amazing service in spite of the obstacles met in the past 2 years. I look forward to working with you in the future.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER! I brought my car in to get a brake rattle fixed. They replaced suspension components for $1400 and didn't fix the rattle. Absolute waste of money. The service manager would not own up to their wrong doing and the dealership general manager won't return my calls.

I tried to contact the service manager for 3 days. He never called me back. I have a problem with a 3rd row seat. I'm leaving town for 6 months and need the storage in that area for travel. They finally told me they are busy and go to another dealership. I will never buy a car from them again. I'm in the process of looking at Expeditions but it won't be through Sunrise Ford. Absolutely the worst customer service with a vehicle I ever experienced.

Nobody wants to answer the phone in the service department. When you leave a message they take forever to call back. And if you miss their call and try to call them back you get an answering machine...again. Things have really changed there since Dave Herrington, the previous service manager, left for Palm Bay Ford. Maybe I should give him a call and take my business up there. He always gave me prompt, courteous service. Looks like Sunrise Ford is going down hill fast. And that's a shame.

I've been using sunrise ford for years, today I took my F350 in to get some recalls and service inspection done David at the service desk scheduled my appointment for me a few days ago for first thing in the morning, got there on time and by Noon got a call from David it was all done, they replaced cameras on my 360 view, replaced steering stabilizer, inspected multiple points on the truck and more... Everything is functional and works like It was new. Overall pleasure experience and very fast service.

My truck I purchased from Sunrise experienced recently experienced a Powertrain fault. I immediately came to the service center and was greeted by Michael Figueroa. I live about an hour south, he was able to squeeze me in and the technicians quickly diagnosed the issue. It related to a faulty GSM for which there was a TSB. They replaced it and got me back on the road in short order. While I was there the CS representative Holly and my sales associate Amber both checked in with me several times and Michael kept me updated throughout the process. Great CS experience, keep up the good work!

WHAT A HORROR THIS CERTIFIED PRE OWNED TRUCK IS & SERVICE WAS "NEVER DONE" AT SUNRISE FORD OF FT. PIERCE AT ALL. THIS LACK OF RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS IS SHAMEFUL. 15,740 MILES "CERTIFIED PRE OWNED" FOR $35,114 SHOULD OF NEVER BEEN SOLD AS "CERTIFIED PRE OWNED" AS EVEN ALL THE RUBBER OUTSIDE IS ALL DRY ROTTED. I WAS EXCITED TO BUY A TRUCK BUT THIS IS A NIGHTMARE & I HAVE PICS & I PAID OVER $5000 TO HAVE IT FIXED PROPERLY AFTER SUNRISE FORD & NISSAN OF FT. PIERCE BLEW ME OFF & STILL CHARGED ME ANOTHER $2,700 WITH HANGING BRAKE LINES, NO TIE ROD DONE, NO ALLIGNMENT & STRUTS WERENT DONE-PERIOD. IF YOU STOPPED FOR A LIGHT YOU NEEDED TO USE 2 FEET TO STOP OR IT ROLLED INTO THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME. THIS MUST BE ILLEGAL. I SAVED THE ROTTED TIRES & PICS AS WELL AS OVER 100+ CALLS BUT IM GUESSING MY REVIEW TICKED SOMEONE OFF BUT NO FRONT BRAKES ON FRONT WHEEL DRIVE ISNT OK. NONE OF THIS IS OR WAS OK. I SEE IM NOT ALONE IN SAYING THIS. A NEW REVIEW FROM A WOMAN EARLY MAY 2025 SHOWS JUST LIKE MY FRONT END & UNDER CARRIAGE. WHAT A DEATH TRAP I WAS SOLD. HAD I NOT GOTTEN A FLAT IN W. PALM BCH, I MIGHT OF NEVER KNOWN UNTIL ANOTHER ACCIDENT KILLED ME. ANYONE CAN PLAINLY SEE FRONT END DAMAGE SO WHY DID I PAY IN FULL FOR THIS 1 MISTAKE. MY "ONLY" ACCIDENT IN MY LIFETIME OF DRIVING. THERE WASNT EVEN A JACK IN THIS NIGHTMARE TRUCK SO I ALSO HAD TO CALL A TOW TRUCK & PAY FOR IT AS WELL.

The technician failed to fill my diesel DEF that's included with my Ford Maintenance Plan. I wonder what else the technician failed to do? After a noticed an empty DEF tank the Setvice Manager took the truck back and got it filled.

Brought explorer st in for 50k and transmission issues. I was told the car most likely will not even be looked at for 6 days minimum. I asked what the point of making an appointment was. Not much of an answer. Asked if I bring it back in 6 days will I still have to wait, because I can't just not have a car for a week. Told me I'd have to wait still, no for sure answer ignored my question of a rental. Not sure how you expect to earn someone's business when you don't seem to know what's going on... Why make an appointment to be treated like you just walked in. Not to mention the service advisor that was supposed to help me said someone else will, not sure why. Him as well as others were seemingly less busy than the man who took me, that I had to wait to be done with another guest. Now I'm just going to take my car to Lincoln since at the bare minimum even if I have to wait I'd a better experience than whatever that was. Unless you have nothing going on with your life and have warranty, don't waste your time...

Brought my F250 in for general sevice and to check on a Ford recall notice. Trevor Hammond was my service advisor and he did a great job in communicating with me and explaining the recall check, which turned out to be a none issue with my vehicle. Definitely recommend the customer service and maintenance staff at Sunrise Ford

⚠️ Do yourself a favor — stay far away from Sunrise Ford Fort Pierce Service -See Sunrise Ford Fort Pierce Dealer for full review. Find another Ford dealer or repair center that actually values honesty, accountability, and your time. I had an absolutely terrible experience here. The service manager, Steven Neidhardt, showed zero customer service skills — he talks over customers, gaslights them, and never keeps his word. They’ll “fix” one issue, then damage something else to charge again. It's a warranty fraud organized scheme here, when you catch their cycle and confront him he will threaten not to fix the damage done to your vehicle. Will delay parts and make excuses not to fix it. If you have no warranty prepare to lose your hard earned cash until you catch their pattern. For your own safety, stay away. If they damage an internal part the way they've damaged and left loose external ones you can die on the freeway with a mechanic malfunction. It's that bad. Update: I ended up taking the car elsewhere to replace the non oem part the technichian installed. After my review, they contacted me to let me know they now had the parts they damaged. Too little to late. Who knows what they had planned to damage next.
