2nd Update: My vehicle was declared a total loss and my insurance paid the body shop for both the teardown and for storage. Again, the behavior and lack of professionalism displayed by your shop, was totally unwarranted, and I don't appreciate you wasting my time. Update: You failed to address the fact that your staff was quite UNSYMPATHETIC. In fact, both were VERY condescending. I would not under any circumstances consider your UNPROFESSIONAL collision center for a repair because you UNETHICALLY denied me so much as an estimate without a $500 payment upfront (which is not typical of the industry nor was it included in my insurance estimate) after having possession of my vehicle for a week. I was hit by a drunk driver in early July. After 2 months of fighting with the at fault driver's insurance company, I came here for an estimate. After a week of having my car, Dani & Megan told me they were refusing to provide an estimate if I didn't agree to a full repair. Both had nasty attitudes and lack professionalism.

I am extremely pleased with this company. I had a smashed headlight and bumper and although they were totally booked up they squeezed me in. They had my car a little over a week and it looks like new. I have an unusual color paint and you cannot see a difference. They were helpful, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend them.

About 4 years ago I brought my 2011 Cadillac in to have a white scrape on the passenger side buffed out. When i asked them how much I owed them they said no charge. Because of that gesture I decided to bring my 2007 Saturn Sky in for a face lift. They took all the dents and scratches out plus repainted the front end (which it needed it) and did a fantastic job! In October 2024 my Caddie was side swiped. I took it back there. They replaced the fender with original parts and repaired the door and the wheel. When I went to inspect it they did everything that was asked of them plus they cleaned up the other 3 wheels removing the black scrapes and they fixed a door dent on the rear quarter panel which wasn't even from the accident. My Caddie looks like it just came out of a show room!!! I can't say enough about the work and the customer service!!! They were thorough and explained everything!!! If there was a 6 star rating I would give it to them for going over and above what was needed to be done!

I have to begin with, what awesome team, They pulled out the red carpet and went above and beyond. My clear coat was peeling off my truck and And they made it look brand new again. I had some half doors painted for my Jeep JKU that is 11 years old. My paint was faded so the VIN number paint would not match. They did an amazing job matching my paint without having to paint other parts of the car. They do great Willey at a great price. I will definitely go back.

We had a great experience getting our van repaired. Everyone was so nice and helpful, they called several times keeping us up to date on the progress. My van looks like new! The paint & body work looks amazing and the color matches seamlessly, they conditioned one headlight & you can’t tell the new headlight from the old. Everything runs great. If I could do six stars I would! So, I went to the Ford dealer here in town for a piece of molding that was coming off the roof of my truck, surprise, surprise $500.00 estimate. I pulled into Total Paint & Collison as they had worked on my old F350 once before and treated me great. Dani didn't just say we can order the part, she came out, looked at the moulding and said "we might be able to do something". She call Efrain (body shop worker) and he looked at it and it was determined we could probably glue it. As Efrain went to prepare the glue Will (Body SHop manager, I think). Anyway, Will looks at it and says, "yes, we can glue that"! To my surprise 5 minutes later the moulding is glued and taped down. When I asked how much, I was told "don't worry about it"! I even tried to leave a tip, which they refused! To say that I have not had this kind of customer service in a very long time is an understatement. From the time I met Dani, (super, super lady), to Efrain, to Will, all great assets to this company. If you need any kind of paint or body work, this is the place!!!! Bob H

Total Auto Painting and Collision center was so efficient thorough FAST!!!! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. From taking pictures to submitting my claim to getting my vehicle completed 10 outta 10! Dani is so sweet and informative! She made sure to advise me of all steps in the process!!! The gentleman (I'm so disappointed that I forgot his name) did such an AMAZING paint job on my vehicle, the color is perfect can't tell anything was done. I'm so happy and impressed. Oh AND they did a detail on my truck before I picked it up. What.... an interior/exterior detail with a hood painting service!!!! Y'all take your vehicle here if you want that REAL caring family feel, impeccable customer service AND an AMAZING paint job. Thank y'all so much!
