Vic and the team at Sunset were absolutely amazing. I just moved to Arizona a month ago and my truck needs a lot of work after traveling all the way from PA. They took care of me, gave me a solid run down of my problems and fixed what I could afford at the time. I left the place feeling like family. Took in my aging 2012 Odyssey for a timing belt replacement. The whole process was pleasant and professional, starting from the first time I talked to Vick on the phone for an estimate. They used quality parts and the van is running so much better now. Also advised me on a couple things I might want to get addressed in the near future, but weren't pushy about it. I'll definitely be back next time any of my vehicles need some work!

I have been going to Sunset Automotive since we moved here from CT in 2017. They are honest, trustworthy and fair. Friendly staff as well. Will continue to bring our Jeep here for service. Thanks for the great service. Made an appointment for 11/22/2024 for an oil change. Friendly and professional service all the time. Will continue to service my 2015 Jeep there. Made an appointment for 08/14/2025 for an oil change and to replace my spark plugs. Very friendly and professional staff. We have been talking our 2015 Jeep Wrangler here since 2017. Will continue to bring our vehicle here because they are very trustworthy.

Best auto shop I've been to in a very long time. These guys play hard and work hard all at the same time. They go above and beyond where other shops have screwed things up and gave me a run for my money. I don't let anyone touch my car or hair. Going on 2 years with them and still their work ethics and genuine human qualities still stand strong at 100%. Thanks, Jeff and Victor, for being my auto hero's whenever I am having a bad car day. I’ve been using Sunset Automotive for 25 years and nobody else touches any of our vehicles. This week I had a car in there that had been sitting idle for a couple of years and needed an emissions test. After putting a new battery in it, it had to be driven 150 miles to reset the computer so it would pass the test. I had the car at Sunset giving it at once over inspection and they mentioned the battery cables needed replacing badly. They did the work but not before they took the time to drive the vehicle to the emissions test facility and get it to pass inspection. This is truly above and beyond the call of duty. I was having temperature issues with my heat and A/C. Greg did a quick job of diagnosing that I have a leaking and low battery. He recommended I replace the battery under my warranty. Appreciate that they were able to get me in and out quickly. They have a secure drop box, so you can drop your car off after hours. Very convenient for people who work an 8-5 job. Labor was fairly priced and Greg figured out the issue in 30 minutes. Every time I call, everyone is so nice and explains things thoroughly. I highly recommend Sunset Automotive.
