Usually bring my families's cars here. this place is trustworthy. This is one of a few place the mechanic take pride and dedication to his work. The quote he gave me was much lower than dealer for installing original OEM parts.

I had alignments done on 3 separate cars here, a lot better than the small shop on walnut that didn't adjust my camber since they didn't check behind the skid plates for the camber bolts. They are willing to fix any mistake they make if you bring the bar back in a reasonable amount of time. For example, my car still pulled to the right after the alignment. After I told the mechanic there, he sat on my car for a test drive and fixed the issue for no cost. Overall friendly staff and mechanic. They told me my lower control arm bushings were worn out a couple months back and they were correct. The mechanic there is honest about telling you what's wrong with your car and takes his time performing alignments. Edit/Update: They charged me for an alignment+caster when they specifically said my inner and outer tie rods are bad. Any good alignment tech will tell you to fix those parts before they even attempt an alignment. Especially they charged me for an alignment that doesn't do anything. Also my before and after caster was the same, so they charged for caster when they DIDNT even adjust it. I will never go back. Firestone checked out my suspension and also diagnosed similar things such as tie rods, but also managed to catch the fact I need new rack bushings. They did NOT charge me for an alignment and DID not even attempt to do one. That's what a proper shop will do. Before I had suspension issues, my alignment was out of spec. Ever since I went here, my steering wheel has been off center when the car goes straight. They test their alignments out on very sloped roads, which isn't accurate of how a car will handle on a normal road. Go to Firestone if you need an alignment or a different shop if you need any work done.

Scam alert!!!! Thieves are open for business here!! There was a change in ownership at Super Auto Service & Repair. This owner Walter Lemmones will hold your vehicle HOSTAGE!!!! He will tell your vehicle will be done in a few hours or today....., every single day. Everyday he will have a new excuse and promises. Gave Walter weeks to remove and replace an A/C evaporator. Tried helping him with the removal and repair to get the on with our lives. He was clueless and incompetent on how to complete simple task. He can not admit that he is not a removal and repair guy much less a real mechanic. He has too much pride to admit he is a failure. He should not be in the auto repair industry. He started to disappear for hours/days and nothing was done for weeks. Wasted so much time there trying to get my vehicle back. Ultimate had to tow my vehicle to a real dealership. The vehicle was total disassembled and will cost thousands to fix. Calling the cops to help get my own personal vehicle out of his shop was a loss cause. They state it was a civil issue. There is nothing you can do about it till you pay him for the work that they can not do and complete. He has done this multiple of times and knows all the tactics to avoid getting in trouble with law. He rents out space to other mechanic and they say this happens on the weekly basis. Sad that this shop is still open for business. This auto industry has no checks and balances where they revoke peoples licenses and prevent them from working. Thieves are open for business here. Now will have to waste more time in small claims court.

They gave me an alignment even though they said my steering rack was bad. If my rack was bad, then I would need to replace it and then get another alignment. Very unprofessional compared to other places. Other alignment places would tell me to fix the bad suspension and steering parts before getting an alignment. Then they would show me what's wrong in person so I know they're not scamming me. They also charged me for camber adjustment even though they did not adjust my camber. I saw the before and after sheet and the camber on both sides were literally the same. Avoid at all cost, go somewhere else to fix your car. The interior is also dirty and they don't even have water cups for customers even though they have a water dispenser. Do not go here unless you enjoy spending your money twice.
